I have ordered these shoes in black for several years. A couple of months ago, I ordered it in pink, but I sent them back because I thought they made my feet look too big. So, I ordered them again in black. I just wish they had a bit of color somewhere on the shoe, but it is not a deal breaker for me because these shoes are so comfortable. They have a large toe box that I need, but around the heel is not big which I definitely need for my narrow heels. I do hope New Balance continues making this shoe because they fit my feet so well.

Nice shoes, comfortable, but my toes hit the end which is not a good sign, since there is no room for foot swelling as you wear them for an extended period of time.

Had hoped the longer size would help with need for more toe room but the added length were too wide for my orthotics.

I am returning because it felt too short

Unfortunately, this shoe was felt narrow and small on my foot, particularly in the toe box. I have small, narrow feet (W5.5) and usually buy athletic shoes a half-size up to allow for movement, sports sock, and often an orthotic insole. Unfortunately, even without swapping out the insole and wearing thin socks, the shoe was tight and my toes came to the end of the size 6 shoe and I didn't love the overall construction of the shoe to try another half-size up.

Liked the style and the look but these sneakers are “rockers” not flat so if you like the feeling of rocking then this is the perfect sneaker for you. The fit was true to size and it was cushioned enough. Very comfortable.

I have multiple pairs of New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 V12 that I have worn so much they need to be replaced. Because I loved them so much I ordered a Fresh Foam X 880 v 15 to replace them. But they must have changed the shoe last. Regretfully the toe box is shallow and the big toe rubs on the top of the shoe. I tried a 10 1/2 (my size in my prior Fresh Foam New Balance) and even the size 11. But regretfully each of them rubbed in all the wrong places. I had to switch over to HOKAs to find a comfortable well padded supportive tennis shoe.

great, comfy shoe but very shallow! I have always worn 880's with my custom orthotics but this version is too shallow. If I put the orthotics in the shoe, I have no room for socks. Very disappointed because otherwise I loved them. They also seemed short compared to other brands in my size.

not comfortable...need more support

There was a black stain up by the big toe area which was the first thing I noticed. It did not come out with water. Not going to pay $140 and not have a clean shoe. Style and color were great. Returns are easy.

Just doesn't work for me

These fit in every way except the depth of the shoe. My foot set too deep in the shoe and it irritated my ankle bones.

Returning - New balance is always my go to sneaker but this one felt uncomfortable, I ordered a full size up from my normal size in a wide and still did not feel like there was enough room. The shape of the sneaker looked kind of bozo looking where the top part of the foot was super wide looking but did not fit wide my bunion felt to close to edge and my feet run on the skinnier side.

These were "OK" - but not great. I finally decided I needed to return them. The toe box felt narrower than it should for a WW shoe. It's very hard for me to find shoes that fit (I have several foot issues, including the WW size, which many brands don't even make - so it is disappointing with a supposedly WW shoe doesn't quite feel like it truly is.

Very cute shoes but have to return because too much arch support. If you have flatish feet these would be perfect!

Really not too happy with these shoes. I don't have much choice left to me in shoes anymore as I have very narrow feet. In a lot of cases I have to settle for what I can get to stay on my feet. I also have to take a large size and had to order a 10 1/2. All shoes usually look cute in a size 6 these look more like clown shoes. Like I said I have to take what I can keep on my feet.

The New Balance Fresh Foam X 880 v15 cuts into my ankles when I walk or jog. These shoes are being returned because of the discomfort. Compared with New Balance Fresh Foam in previous years, the fit of the X 880 is shorter.

I really wanted these to work - they're really cute! But, my normal size 9 1/2 EE no longer fits like it used to. The shoes are, unfortunately too short and too narrow.

I've worn other New Balance shoes and the wides have been perfect. The 880V15 was way too narrow. If you wear a wide you might want to try the extra wides. The wides felt like a standard width. Also, the depth wasn't deep enough and really put pressure on the top of my feet.
