I love the new version. I have purchased two pairs of version 7 because they fit nicely but didn't have much eye appeal. The version 9 in lime/yellow is stunning. I get lots of nice comments from my playing partners. They fit really well. The best is the performance, I am 75 and use them for pickleball, the lateral support is amazing. Highly recommend.

I use these shoes for pickleball. I have narrow feet but still need a moderate-width toe box because of my Morton's Neuroma. These Asics shoes were PERFECT after I ordered half a size up. I wear a Women's 11 in everything *except* these shoes - for these I needed an 11.5. The fit of the GEL-Challenger 13 was pretty much identical but I preferred the more modern styling of these Resolutions. Specific things I liked about this shoe was the nicely padded tongue and sides that feel secure but don't rub my ankles. (The New Balance Fresh Foam shoes I tried, in comparison, were not comfortable.)

I am prone to plantar fasciitis and my Podiatrist suggested going up a half size and wide for my tennis shoes. I had been experiencing numbness in my toes and balls of feet also. Bought these and have worn them 5 times and no numbness. No soreness in my feet after I’m done playing, so far so good.

I’ve worn them once. I gots little rubbing on my little toe.
Not enough cushion but there is good support. So I’m still deciding….

These court shoes are very snug. For the next pair, I would check out a wide fir and one size smaller, if available.
However, my feet feel very protected, especially for quick moves. No sliding around inside the shoe. I use the shoes for pickleball.
There is already wear at the top shoe lace on the lining fabric..a hole on both sides. The lining fabric should be much stronger.

The shoes are exactly what I'm looking for to provide support and comfort for dancing and exercise. Unfortunately, they are just too narrow across the toe box. My toes were numb by the end of my workout.

I've never had to order a wide shoe before but I do with Asics. I've been wearing Gel Resolutions for years in regular width but no more after they started causing me foot pain. I tried the wides for the first time and they're better but not by much. I normally wear a 9.5 shoe. I have to order 10.5 or 11 and wides in these. I like the stability but it might be time to start shopping around for another brand.

Ordered a half size higher as recommended in a review but the toe box was still too narrow. Also felt a hard wedge under the ball of my foot which was stiff and uncomfortable.

I have loved these shoes in the past but the interior is stitched too tight and the exterior seems like a harder plastic.

Very comfortable shoe for my plantar fasciitis. I got a wide toe since this shoe fit snug. Highly recommend it!

After submitting the order i realized the shoe was listed as wide. I thought I would have to send them back but once I tried them on they actually fit my feet well and they are comfortable. They didn't feel like a wide fit at all so I'm not sure how comfortable they'd be on a person with actual wide feet.

Too wide for my feet. Ordered these in my normal ASICS size, and they dont fit at all in the toe area-they are way too wide!

Perfect width! Thanks for coming out with a wide ASICS! I have normal medium width feet in every brand but for these shoes, wide = medium. Theyre the best tennis shoes.

This ASICS court shoe fits great, nice width and height in toe box (my toenails were thankful) and good grip on the court
But.
The grip was too tight on Achilles insertion for me, the sole was too hard and I didnt feel the heel to toe drop I was hoping for (which I need to off load my Achilles).
My perfect pickleball shoe would be this ASICS tennis shoe with lower Achilles coverage/grip and more cushion in the soleHoka like, you know?

Very stylish shoes. Love the way it hugs my feet but it is slightly too narrow due to the strap across the tongue. The shoes would be much more comfortable if it was an elastic strap.

Very Uncomfortable on forefoot. I was only able to wear twice and by that point by box was gone so I cant return them. Absolutely unbearable, a waste of money.

really wanted to love these shoes but I had to return them because there is a band that goes across the top of the lace area and was way too tight on my high in step. Also, I ordered the wide version of these shoes and they were by no mean a wide shoe. The toe box was still quite narrow, separate from the band across the instep. I really loved the color and the appearance of the shoe but that's as far as my love for them went. Had to return them.
I typically wear a 7.5/8 in women's and ordered a size 8 wide in this shoe for reference.

I normally wear medium sized shoes, but for the asics gel-resolution line, I fit a wide. The lateral support for this shoe is probably the best out of all the tennis shoes I've tried, BUT the top of the shoe, when I walk or bend down into a lunge (which I might have to do when reaching a low ball in tennis), it hurts the top of the feet. It's not awfully painful, but I felt it. I gave it a couple of days to try to really break it in, but it's still has that discomfort. I want to like the asics, but for the price, the fit and that there's discomfort on top of the shoe - it's just not worth it.

I am an 8.5 D in New Balance shoes so I ordered the 8.5 D and 9 D in the ASICS Gel-Resolution 9. The 8.5 length felt good, but as others have noted, the wide is really just a normal width in the toe box. I may try a men's ASICS tennis shoe as men's shoes are generally made wider. Other than the toe box, the shoe felt fairly comfortable. If your feet run narrow, the regular width will probably work well; if you have normal-width feet, the wide D may fit you better.

Unfortunately not as wide and cushioned as I expected. The New Balance 1007s perform better for me on the courts. These Asics hurt my feet just around the 1.5 hr mark of hitting

They fitted my wide fit well! Bought 4 pairs of different court shoes- tried them out at home and this is the only one that didnt leave me with sore feet!
