I absolutely love these shoes! I wanted something that was a little bit more substantial because I live in New England and sometimes the slushy rainy snowy weather catches us by surprise. This is a great shoe with a funky and original style to fit the Bill. I noticed a couple of the concerns and other reviews were about the fact that the soul is so thick that the shoe doesn’t bend well and slips on the heel. I will admit that this is been the case for me too however I don’t mind a heel that slips a little bit and that issue has mostly gone away as I have broken the shoe in, but if you are expecting a shoe that fits your heel very tightly you will not get that in this shoe. Think of it as more as a dansko to start. I would buy it in other colors if I were independently wealthy :-) I haven’t gotten the shoes wet yet but I own other sorel waterproof shoes so I have no doubt these will work well.

Very comfortable for a full day of work and got lot's of compliments! I was concerned because the sole looks like a platform but it actually isn't.

Tuscan (pink) color and chunky sole are fantastic. They were a little too narrow in the toe box so I couldn’t keep them, but that is not unusual for me since I have wider feet. They do feel like a true M width, fit is similar to adidas. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the side material flexes a lot when walking and seems like that might cause them to break down faster.

Bummed that I had to send these back as they were super cute! But I agree with another review on here that the soles were too thick/chunky to make them easy/comfortable to walk in. They also slipped off my heels. Even if I tried a smaller size, they just feel awkward and I wouldn’t want to walk in them all day on vacation.
