I love the NovaBlast 5. It has great spring action, the shoe is light and well ventilated and I feel like it covers all the curves of my feet perfectly. I use this shoe indoors and on outdoor hard surfaces. The gaps in the tread gather rocks easily so I don't recommend it for anything off road.

These were recommended to me for someone with a high arch and a more narrow foot. They are amazing!! The most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn. The heel slips a little on my right heel, but honestly every pair of shoes Ive ever had, does. My right foot is a half size smaller than my left. I purchased these for walking and jogging. They are exactly what I was looking for.

Love these shoes! This is my second pair of novablasts that I wear for long distance running. Lots of cushion/bounce which my knees appreciate. My first pair still looks great after 400 miles. And the color is amazing!

I find these sneakers really good. It give comfort on my walks and runs. I highly recommend them, and they run true to your size.

The fabric is more sheer than Id hoped. You can see the blue socks underneath. The heel cushion wasnt as much as I wanted either.

I bought my first pair of asics in 2004 in LA and they were well made to last, now 22 years later i bought these first pair of asics to my daughter and seen to be an improved and very well made pair of shoes, worth the money

An excellent choice for long runs as i train for a half marathon.

These are very comfortable with a wide toe box and the fit is true to size.

Heres a honest review. As a highschool runner, I run 35+ miles a week. These are great. Perfect for long runs and easy runs. A solid tempo/fartlek shoe. An average workout shoes. As someone who does quite a few track workouts during winter track these are pretty okay. Not like rockets, but as a distance runner, I'm okay with that. If your looking for a light effortless shoe for speed, these are not your shoe. But for a cushioned yet sufficiently responsive shoes that's pretty versatile then these are for sure worth a try.

The best running shoes Ive ever had! They make me want to run more.. perfect amount of toe room, the sole absorbs the impact, and bounces me right back up, and the curve at the toe propels me forward! I want all the colors!

Love these running shoes. I typically run about 25 miles a week. I currently have about 340 miles on these shoes and I absolutely love them. Theyre great shoes for long runs and sprint workouts. I do not use these for recovery shoes because they work too well that I often find myself running faster than I intend to. TheseShoes are very light and have a wonderful bounce to them. Definitely a good daily trainer shoe! Will buy them again.

Great shoe and they definitely upgraded versus versions. The previous versions werent very enforced in the heel and the fabric would rub off. These are much better! Super comfortable for someone who has had back surgery

My new fav running shoe!! I wore these on my run the other day and it was amazing. Impact felt great, really light and comfy. I wont ever switch to another shoe!

These shoes are super comfy! I did have to get used to the extra bounce as it was really working my calves. But now, super comfy. I alternate these shoes with my other running shoes.
