They are comfortable and fit me well.The color is on the bright side, a pit over the top. I would buy them again in a more conservative color if available.

Perfectly comfortable shoes for my daily 4-1/2-mile walk.

I was excited to receive my new pair of Ghosts, but it has been slow going to break them in. Initially they seemed (still do) to have a thicker sole underneath which meant I kept catching my feet on the pavement. They're also stiffer. I am reserving further judgement until I have had them longer.I've been wearing Ghosts since the model number was a single digit, which I think gives me some perspective.

I keep a couple of pairs of Ghosts for years because they keep the same fit and comfort/grip every iteration. I keep a couple of pairs because they are my go to shoes in wet weather to walk the dog over mud and other wet terrain and alternate with one pair in use and the other drying out that day. I wear wool socks so even in cold wet weather I am okay. This new weatherized version helps even more because the fabric resists the wetness more. This is now my only Brooks shoe because unfortunately my favorite for most of my ventures is the Glycerin and the way the heel has changed on the 22 over previous versions slips and does not provide me a secure fit. Sad because the Ghost for wet and muddy and the Glycerin for dry and concrete was a fantastic combination until now. I will stick with the Ghost for wet conditions and hope Brooks does not ruin the Ghost design. A great selling point for the Ghost has been in all iterations so far, if one version fits and is suitable, the next version will not be radically changed and is still a good fit. Radical change is not always a good thing. So, yes, the weatherized change and the new sole are fantastic. And hooray the fit has not changed on the Ghost. The only minor convenience for me is that it is slightly hotter than the regular Ghost because of the beefier weatherization in warm weather. In cooler weather that is a big plus.

These weathered ghost shoes are not what I thought they would be. They do not keep my feet warm and they do not appear to be waterproof. Also, after walking just 1.5 miles I had significant pain from the shoes rubbing the back of my ankles. I have had many brooks and never had this problem before.

Excellent shoe. Its waterproof without being hot like Gortex and lightweight. I gave it a 4 stars because I think it could use a little more cushion. Brooks- PLEASE make a weatherized Glycerin 21. That is my favorite shoe.

I like the feel and fit. Smooth and comfortable ride as well. Hoping to see some different colors in the future.

I run with our Yellow Lab, Theo, most every day. And Theo loves to take me into the wet grass and even the snow. So far the Weatherized Ghosts have performed very well and they feel great. I now wear them very regularly even when not running.

These shoes are my husbands and he said he loved how it felt so comfortable on his feet. He wears a size 11 in other mens shoes but did find that these ghost 16 were a little snug at the front of his toes. He recommends to size up half a size or a whole size if you wear thicker socks. Hopefully brooks can widen the toe box a bit because it is a little on the snug side. Overall he loves the feel and found the weatherized shoes were great for running even in the morning when we have fog because the shoes dont get affected by it. He says the color is a little bright but its his running shoes so he doesnt mind. However he did say that if this was his everyday go to shoe to wear to work he would prefer a more neutral color. Wearing these while running has helped his feet from not getting plantar fasciitis. Overall the only recommendations he has is make the shoes a little larger. Trying to figure out your size can be a doozy when finding the right shoe. The shoes do a great job at supporting his muscles while running. No joint pain here!

The Ghost 16 Weatherized are another great Brooks shoe! The fit does run small, but the are comfortable and supportive. The design on these are great. A normal Brooks look but the color is unique and I loved it, in addition to the detail on the sole. As expected, the shoes were comfortable, functional, and crafted well as Brooks typically are. But the thing I liked about these the most is the unique color allowing it to be a fairly versatile shoe!

I have recently started wearing the Brooks Ghost 16 Weatherized shoe, primarily for high intensity interval training workouts and indoor treadmill running. While I generally lean towards a shoe in the support category, I find myself enjoying the neutral Ghosts quite a bit (full disclosure: I wear custom orthotic insoles in all my shoes due to arch issues). The Ghosts feel a little roomier in the toe-box, which I appreciate as someone with wider feet. The shoes are very light and they breathe well, and my feet are not overheating. I also enjoy the Ghosts low profile, non-flashy design, and the Country Blue color is subtle and doesnt overwhelm. While I have not had the opportunity to test the Ghosts weatherization in rain or snow, my past experience with other Brooks shoes has been positive. As mentioned above, I tend to favor support shoes vs. neutral shoes like the Ghost, but Im glad I ventured out of my comfort zone to try these out. When it comes to support vs neutral shoes, every brand and every model is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. For me, these Ghost shoes seem to be an excellent fit and I look forward to wearing them out as my daily workout shoe.

The Brooks Ghost 16 weatherized is a stylish running shoe that looks good and is comfortable at the same time. When I go running, the most important thing to me is how my feet feel during and after the run. These shoes provide good arch support and cushioning while running. After my run, my feet feel great. These shoes are also very breathable and my feet did not feel too hot during the run. If I could change something about the shoes, I would like them to be a little bit lighter in weight. They feel about average as far as weight goes. Overall, I feel like they check all of the boxes for esthetics, comfort, and function. I would highly recommend these shoes to any avid runner.

These sneakers are my new go to. They fit snugly enough where it doesnt feel like my foot is too loose all while not being too tight or stiff. I can wear these to work and my feet are comfortable all day. If Im running outside with my dog, these are extremely comfortable and my feet dont get too hot in this desert climate. The fabric keeps my feet from becoming too sweaty which is such a plus. Super happy with these shoes!

These ghost weatherized shoes are incredibly comfortable and give good support where it's needed. They are smooth and breathable and have a similar feel to the new "barefoot" type shoes. They dry very quickly if you end up out in the rain and don't have any issues with retaining water marks. They do seem to be a bit on the narrow side so I could see a wide option being beneficial for some people.

These shoes fit true to size and feel like a dream. I did expect them to be a bit more breathable based on their appearance. I am a big fan of the orange and blue color combination. I would prefer that the fabric itself would be a bit more breathable. The comfortability of this shoe is unmatched. The only aspect of the shoe that could be altered would be the breathability.

The fit of these Ghost 16 Weatherized shoes was true to size, but they do run a little narrow for my foot. Otherwise they are very comfy though! The fabric quality and design are great--seem like they will hold up for many miles. These are a great option for using in marathon training. I love the design, and the way these look. All I would change about them, for me, is the toe box width. A little wider would be ideal. Overall, these are a great pair of shoes!

These shoes have been amazing. Upon getting them, I have worn them daily. The grip on the sole is amazing, they are a perfect fit, and a perfect cross functional shoe. As a running shoe they lack nothing. I have also used these while doing some light hiking, lifting, and everyday work wear. They are comfortable to the point where I can be in them and on my feet for 9-10 hour days and not have my feet feel tired at the end of the day. These will stay in my regular rotation.

These sneakers are true to size and fit perfectly. The colors of these sneaker ls are appealing the colors are country blue, winter sky, and ebony. The feel of wearing these are very lightweight. The cushioning in these help absorb any tension especially when running on the hard road. Finding a good sneaker to wear on the road is usually hard but these work perfectly. I highly recommend them!

I love this Brooks shoe! My first experience with Brooks was the ghost 16 gortex(GTX). The Ghost 16 weatherized is basically the same shoe but better for outside conditions. This shoes is very waterproof! Used it running on the beach and at the state park trail near my home and feels great! It has a strong bottom sole that would be suitable for trail running and feels durable! I think the toe box on this shoe is more protected than the GTX version of the shoe. Not too heavy at all. I notice great spacing in the toe box and snug fit around the ankle. I really am happy with the color and style.
