Very thigh/narow fit. Read previous reviews and ordered half size more and shoes were still to thigh.

Just got these shoes on December 2024. My daughter plays as an outside hitter. She is on a competative team. She does a lot of jumping, diving... The shoes have done its job very well. We don't know how long they will last, but hopefully for a long time. My daughter loves these shoes! Thanks!

I needed an upgrade from the upcourt because there is no cushioning with those so after 2-3 hours of play the impact wears on me. These are noticeably better in that regard: everything about the sole is an improvement. The upcourt also has a HUGE toe box, so felt like I was sliding around in clown shoes (with the same size I get my running shoes in). Because this is the same brand, I went down 1/2 size for this model but these are TIGHT.
It feels like shoving my feet into ski boots. It does not make sense to me why they would angle the laces/ tongue toward the outside of the foot, but the result is a pinky toe squishing/ bunion forming fit. I suppose it feels like wearing dress shoes, but it is beyond me why someone thought that would be a good idea for an athletic shoe.
+points for the sole, negative points for the confusing fit

I tried multiple sizes and found out that neither fit due to the extremely tight pressure on the top. I loosened the laces but there was not much that I could do. I heard that ASICS was good for wide feet but I couldnt make it work.
