These shoes appear to be the traditional shoe with added inside padding which causes the foot to ride higher in the shoe. That makes it tighter across the instep; It feels like you haven't got your foot all the way in the shoe, the heel is too short and its not comfortable to walk in, like your foot is coming out of the shoe at the heel. I was very disappointed.

Love this sneaker. My identical twin and I have so much trouble with shoes because we have a connective tissue disorder so our joints/ligaments/tendons are fragile and injure easily, high arches and narrow heels, and we also blister easily. These are incredibly supportive without being stiff at all, they are not heavy, and have great traction. My gripe is the designation of 'weatherized'. Even dew on grass or a slight drizzle and the shoes soak through. I am going to try the Ghost GTX (we also find waterproof shoes to be stiffer than regular versions) for days when it is muddy or raining and see how those feel (they seem to have mixed reviews on comfort). If you can handle the wet, these are great. Oh and yes, I usually wear a size 10 and the 10.5 fit perfectly without socks (I wear compression stockings), so they do run a tad short.

Brooks Adrenaline size 8 weatherized fit well. I have been wearing them for years - get a new pair every 6 months to keep up with my 10,000 steps a day.

The shoes have a fun design and I like the idea of being weatherized.

Last few versions of Adrenaline I didnt care for but this one is back on track to make it one of my favorite shoes.

Ordinarily I wear Narrows- but this was the only option in water resistant. I find it works well with a heavier sock (which is fine for winter)

This shoe is great for everyday workouts and is also a good running shoe. Love that it is weather resistant.

With being on my feet on concrete all day wearing these I do not have knee pain!!! Recommend brooks to anyone that’s on their feet for 12+ hrs a day.

I typically wear 9.5. The fit was perfect. Nice rounded toe box, no need for orthotics (yet)! Walking and running feel great. Walked in 100+ degrees, comfortable the whole time. Excellent arch support and perfect "rise"- not flat.

Finally found the Shangra-la of running shoes after 20+ years: 1) arch hits in just the right spot & isn’t painfully hard or rigid 2) toe box & heel are both roomy yet quite supportive 3) lightweight 4) perfectly cushioned 5) good durability. They help keep my feet stabilized & really comfy, even with plantar fasciitis, AND they keep my back and my knees in a noticeably better state. For me, the fit surpasses that of the non-weatherized Adrenaline GTS as I have a narrow heel and arch but a wide toe box. I actually now wear these almost exclusively to all other shoes or sneakers…if only they would make them into a winter boot! 2 minor dings: 1) not really sure why they are called Weatherized as one’s feet will definitely get wet w/even a light rain or walking on marshy ground 2) the color is rather grim & doesn’t pair well with clothes including sportswear

Great Cushion , toes, arch, soles and heel support

I just got these and am very pleased. They are a bit tighter than the Brooks Glycerins I have been wearing. My feet started slipping around in my older Brooks Glycerin shoes. I have bunions and these Adrenalines do not bother them. It is great to have a water resistant shoe that is not stiff. I always add my own orthotics.

I have looked for over 10 years to find a really supportive, comfortable and good-in-slippery-weather pair of sneakers. Brooks has knocked this out of the park. This Weatherized version fits much better than the original Adrenaline 24 and the cushioning is a delight. The only potential drawback to it being weatherized is that one’s feet tend to get more sweaty so keep that in mind when ordering sizes as you may want to wear a pair of absorbent socks.

I've been looking for a weatherproof shoe to wear outside in the winter and in the spring. I haven't had the opportunity to try them outside yet, but have high hopes. They seem to have a little more arch support than I am used to, but they fit perfect everywhere else.

Second pair of Brooks that I have tried and had to return due to fit. A well made, good-looking shoe, just not a fit for my high-arched feet. Heel felt loose and my foot slipped out with each step. The drop is very flat. My foot felt like it was riding high up inside, i.e., it was a shallow shoe. Brooks seems to be a great brand with a variety of popular shoes, but I’m going back to ASICS for the greater heel depth and wider toe box.
