There is a part in the right shoe by mi pinky toe that rubs and hurts.

I'm normally an 8 in running shoes and 8 fit perfect. My only issue would be the lack of color options. I got the ivory and they are already getting dirty but they are so comfortable I will deal. I just don't like black or neon stuff.

I love the cloudsurfers! However, the cloudsurfer 2 is horrible! So disappointed! It feels like you have to run flat. There is no curve to it.

This pair of shoes were a gift for my mother. She related that they were very comfortable and enjoys wearing them.

The shoes feel like you’re bouncing. Love these shoes. The sizing is slightly larger than the last version. Not enough to change sizes, but maybe enough to wear thicker socks.

This was the most comfortable ON Cloud shoe I tried on. I love the padding around the achilles and on the tongue, and the support under the foot is so thick and nice, without looking overly thick. However I'm not sure if I will keep it because it oddly rolls my feet to the outside, like when you roll your ankle. It happens in both shoes so it doesn't seem like a single shoe defect. The other ON Cloud shoes I'm trying do not do this at all. I'm disappointed because this is otherwise a perfect shoe. I wear a 6.5 and ordered 6.5 and it seems like a perfect fit. I have a wide toe area and it doesn't rub anywhere on me.

Fit was great but the shoe has a "roll" to it that my body cannot tolerate. Otherwise love the feel and look of this shoe!

Very sad to return these shoes, I liked the style very much. Unfortunately the decorative stitching on the sides was rubbing against the bones on the sides of my foot (big toe, pinky toe areas). I loosened the shoelaces but that didn’t help.

I am a big fan of On's, and these are extremely comfortable and a great walking shoe.

At first I thought these were too small and I am a true 7. I read reviews and also tried the Cloudtilt which is true to size. I put them on again and felt like they really hug your foot but not in a confining way. I walk at least 5 miles a day on pavement and I think these will give me the support and comfort I need. I am a tried and true Nike Pegasus fan but IMO, the quality is no longer up to par. These may be my new favorites.

These are great! So far no squeaking and very comfortable. I don’t love the black laces but for the sale price, I can just swap them out. Highly recommend!

Nice shoes, pretty comfortable. I usually buy cloudrunner but thought I would try these. Fit narrower. Should have bought up 1/2 size.

This is my 4th pair of ON shoes (2 Cloudrunner/1 Cloudsurfer). This shoe seems to be sized wrong. I wear a 6 1/2 in a workout shoe and the ON shoes have been 6 1/2. I even compared this shoe to my other ON shoes and it was shorter.

the extra material used for the strapping for the eyelets at the front of the shoe rubs my pinky toes. I don't think it will ever 'soften' or 'break in' and I think I'll have to throw these shoes away after only 10 miles of running. Huge bummer. I bought my pair at a local shoe store so there's no way to return. Avoid these shoes! I've been running for 30 years and this is the first time I've ever had to throw out a brand new pair becuase the wear wrong.

I love these SOOO much. Cute as can be, fit perfectly, so comfortable. I am older and worried they might be a bit too bright, but I am totally in love with them. Need new clothes to wear with my fun shoes.

Aww, they SOOO CUTE! There is a slight problem with the tab behind the ankle...it has folded down when putting on the shoe. I am able to pull it back out and re-structure it to normal, but it's not super easy. A problem, but the rest of the shoe is so phenomenal for me, I am very happy to overlook this minor problem, especially since it's easy to re-form it. ADORABLE. I love wearing them. Now I need more clothing to match.

Fit and size is what I needed.

These are so comfortable and so cute. I love the pop of color on the soles.
