Right shoe felt narrower than the left shoe. Looks great, feels terrible. Caused pain.

These are my least favorite OCs. I have a narrow foot, but they are tight across the top of my foot but very loose in the heel. Have to constantly loosen the laces but I still feel like I’m coming out of the heel. Wore these on a 2 week trip to Europe and hated them. Have 3 other models that fit fine. Very disappointed in these shoes.

Too narrow

Something is seriously wrong with this version 6. The sizing changed in a really weird way and the comfort is a problem. Either too big, too small or part of the shoe are too wide and other parts are too tight. Not sure what happened in design, but it feels to me that they phoned in a new version just to get something out when everything else was already working. Being back version 5 and call it a 5 Redux or something and get us a good version 7.

disappointed with the arch support and had foot discomfort

For me there wasn’t enough support on the outside of the shoe for the outside of my foot.

The left shoe fits great, but the right one feels slightly larger.

The build quality is garbage for the price. If these were $20 at Payless I would still be frustrated with them. The single squeakiest pair of shoes I have ever owned. I've had them less than 6-months, as daily work shoes, and they're already starting to fall apart. Bad shoes. Overpriced. Overhyped. I will never buy On Clouds again. It's back to Adidas for me.

I had the worst experience with these shoes yesterday. I have been wearing on cloud shoes for the past four years and never had an issue and recommended them to everyone now I’m not sure I will ever buy another pair. My shoes came with like all cloud, six shoes, the speed laces already attached that’s fine and good, but they were way too long so when I tried to redo the knots, there was so much string hanging out that I decided to switch them to the conventional laces, no problem, right? Wrong. I couldn’t even lace the conventional laces into the four tabs towards the front of the shoe. It was like they were welded together. I spent at least an hour trying to get them laced and just decided it wasn’t worth the effort and returned them. The return was very easy no questions asked, and when I asked to speak about what was wrong with these shoes, nobody had an answer, of course. I had always bought the ON XD4 and never had an issue. Now I’m looking to replace these with a totally different brand. The funny thing about ON’s website is that you can not leave reviews. That is telling to me. If I had no problem with the speed laces, I’m pretty sure I would have kept them but they felt huge without me, tying them tighter.

I tried two sizes and both were very uncomfortable. I normally wear a 10-10.5 in ON shoes and have two other pairs from this brand that fit extremely well. I also went up a half size as the first pair were too tight. The shoes fit very poorly and I unfortunately thought they would break in but they never did. I should have returned these. I think there is a defect in the sole on the right shoe as it has a crazy pressure point in the arch.

I have 6 pairs of On Cloud 6 all Size 15 in Black/Black. Black/White, Navy/White, Glacier/White, Green/Blue and Blue/black. I find that the fit is different on all of the shoes regarding the toe box. Some are extremely tight and 2 of the 6 are comfortable. Customer service at On Cloud said the differences are according to the color and variations in materials. Hmmm, same model, same fabric, same style.

I love the shoes but was sent two different sizes/colors

Shoes came visibly dirty. They were worn. Had to return.

This says they were delivered however they are not here!!!

These shoes made my heels hurt with two different sizes.
