I did not like the shoe laces and they were a little snug! Uncomfortable

Sadly this pair ripped on both shoes on the side by the little toe and I am returning them. First time this has happened to me with ON shoes and I only had them for a short time.

Zappos sent me sneakers with yellow stains all over them! Not great quality control. Not the sneaker's fault. They are sending new ones but I'm stressing about getting them in time for my vacation.

No cushion support inside shoe

I have tried to order the Women's Cloud 6 in size 10.5 MEDIUM several times through Zappos and also through On website. Each time I receive a 10.5 WIDE, which is too wide for me. The customer service at Zappos has be understanding and encouraged me to order again, feeling that the wrong item being sent had been a warehouse mistake. According to their computer, the warehouse had my size in stock, but for some reason the wrong item was being sent repeatedly. (In contrast the On customer service was non existant.) I have given up on obtaining the correct size for me in this shoe.

Seemed really comfortable at first, but they cause my feet to dramatically over pronate which gave me some knee issues. I could visibly see my feet pronating in the shoes. I thought it would be okay, but after a few workouts my knees started to ache and now my knees hurt when I walk.

No lateral support. I put the shoes on and walked around my house . I immediately started to feel discomfort on my left foot just below my lateral malleolus (the large bony bump) where the shoe was rubbing. No cushion in the shoe sole, it was like walking on two cement blocks. I specifically bought OC for their purported "cushioned sole" so I am amazed and disappointed.

You guys keep sending me the wrong width. I have ordered an 8M two times and you have sent an 8W both times. I understand the first time could have been a mistake but no idea what is happening the second time. I will be returning for the second time and ordering from another vendor

These were great until they fell apart. Both backs caved in with light wear. I'm very disappointed that for the price, they didn't last. Buyer beware.

I had to send these back because the sides of the shoes were rubbing against my ankles causing discomfort and pain. If the sides of the shoes were under the ankle bone they would be much better.

According to the description of the shoe I thought it would be a good walking shoe. However, the material across the top is too thin, the width was fine, but the design goes up too high around the ankle bone, which causes rubbing on the skin, soreness and pain. I had to return them.

They are not comfortable to wear, and they hurt my feet a lot

I always get a 7.5 in this shoe. But this time Zappos recommended an 8. I listened because I thought the manufacturer might have changed it. Now I have a blister because it was too big and rubbed the tops of my foot.

I have been running in On running shoes for years; I bought the 6.0 and was extremely unhappy with the feel. There is no cushion and no support. Normally, I can wear my Ons right out of the box with no socks and no issues. My first run in the 6.0 I had blisters and shin splints. Scrambling to find a 5.0 so I can use them for my race this weekend.

I really like ON shoes. For some reason, this particular pair, although the same size I already have, was so narrow there was no way I could fit my foot into the shoe. I may try again. It had to be a fluke. I only selected one star and random size, width and support because of this issue. Otherwise the brand gets 5 stars

The shoes were delivered with a stain on one of the shoes. Looked like some type of oil or grease as if the shoes were secondhand.
