Overall, I am disappointed in the shoe. I had last years model (Glycerin 21, 2E), and it had more cushion in it, and the toe box was noticeably wider than this years version. As I need support and a wide shoe, I assumed this years model would mimic the 21, but unfortunatnely, not so. For the price of the shoe, it was very disappointing. In addition, when you go to a 2E in Brooks, the color choices are extremely limited. I am forced to go to a New Balance model which has the same colors for a 2E as they offer in the regular width along with plenty of cushion as well as support.

I switched from Adrenaline to Glycerin 21 when I developed toe and foot problems. The extra cushioning in the DNA Loft V3 alleviated my toe and foot pain. However, the toe box was a little narrow, so I bought the Glycerin 22 when it came out in extra wide. However, I noticed that the forefoot is not as cushioned as the 21. When I went out walking with the 22, my toes became so painful, I had to return the shoe. I'm glad I bought another Glycerin 21 because they are now sold out.

I also own glycerin Gel 21s, but these are better in every way. Theyre the only shoes I can wear right now since Ive developed plantar fasciitis, but hopefully thats a short term benefit!

Fit and Feel: Im absolutely loving these shoes! The cushioning is seriously impressive, soaking up impact like a champ. They support my feet beautifully during runs and walks, and they fit securely without pinchingno sore feet after wearing them. I especially appreciate how sturdy they feel. Theyre solid but not too heavy, which is exactly what I look for. Plus, I ran three miles the first time I wore them and didnt get a single blister. Major win!
Design: The design is right up my alleyclean and simple. The neutral color is super versatile, great for both my workouts and hanging out. The only thing is, the soles are a bit bulky for my taste. Id love them even more if they were a bit sleeker.
Fabric: The material is another high point for me. Its breathable and kept my feet cool and comfy during long runs.
What I Liked Most: Comfort, comfort, comfort! I cant stress enough how comfortable these shoes areits like running on air. Theyre easily some of the comfiest running shoes Ive ever tried.

If you are looking for a comfortable, multifunctional shoe, look no further! The Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 have more comfort than I have ever felt in any running shoe. It feels like you are running on a soft pillow. There is plenty of space in the toe box so you dont feel like your toes are smashed together. The grey black combination is very sleek and looks great with all workout attire. The material of the sole seems to be easy to wipe down, if needed. I really enjoyed the breathable material around the shoe. This helps to keep my feel cool during my long runs. My favorite thing about the shoe is that it looks so nice, I even put them on when being around the house or going out in casual attire. The grey color looks great with a pair of jeans. The comfort is great for both long runs and coming everyday errands. I have only been using the shoes for about 2 weeks now but have yet to find anything I would change about the Brooks Glycerin GTS 22! You cant go wrong when picking this shoes.

The fit of the Glycerin GTS 22 was outstanding, offering a snug, supportive feel that perfectly conformed to the shape of my foot. The heel cup provided secure anchoring, preventing any slipping, while the arch support felt natural and well-placed, making it comfortable for all-day wear. The toe box offered just the right amount of space, neither too cramped nor too loose, accommodating natural movement without causing any pressure points. The shoe seemed true to size, and the materials molded comfortably to the foot, adapting well after just a short break-in period.
The design was one of the standout features, exuding a sleek, modern aesthetic that felt both timeless and on-trend. The clean lines and minimalistic details made the shoe versatile enough to transition seamlessly between casual outings and semi-formal occasions. I particularly appreciated elements like the textured overlays, which added visual interest, and the subtle branding, which gave it a premium, understated appeal. The contrast between the upper material and the sole enhanced the overall look, creating a striking but cohesive design.
The fabric used in the shoe was equally impressive. It felt lightweight and breathable, which helped maintain a cool and dry environment for my feet, even during long periods of wear. The upper material combined durability with flexibility, allowing for natural foot movement without compromising structural integrity. Additionally, the inner lining was soft and smooth, reducing the risk of blisters or irritation, while also wicking away moisture effectively.
What I liked most about the shoe was how seamlessly it blended comfort, performance, and style. Its rare to find a shoe that performs so well in each of these areas without compromising on any. If I could change anything, I would suggest incorporating a slightly thicker or more responsive cushioning system in the midsole to provide even better shock absorption, especially for individuals who spend significant time on their feet. Additionally, expanding the range of color options or introducing customizable featuressuch as interchangeable laces or sole designscould enhance its appeal to a wider audience.

Ive been wearing the Brooks Glycerin GTS 22 for a little while now, and theyre pretty awesome. The fit is perfecttrue to size with just the right width. Im on my feet a lot for work, so I need solid support to keep my lower back from acting up, and these shoes deliver. The soles feel super supportive without being heavy, and the stability is amazing. My walk feels lighter, more in control, and less wobblyhonestly, its like tripping isnt even an option.
The design is sleek and sporty, and while I usually go for more vibrant colors, the grey looks great and gives me a confidence boost, whether Im out for a run or just running errands. I also love the strong back loopit makes slipping them on super easy, even if Im in a rush or dealing with messy conditions.
Ive done a few 3-4 mile runs on an indoor track and a couple of shorter outdoor runs in the cold, and my feet felt great every time. The breathable fabric kept my feet comfortable, never too warm or too cold, and they still felt good after running in different conditions. I even wore these on a plane, where my feet usually feel tight in shoes, but the softness and stretch made them surprisingly comfortable for the entire flight.
What I like most is how much control I feel when Im wearing these. Theyre relatively low to the ground but still have plenty of sole support, and they didnt take much breaking in to feel comfortable. Honestly, I wouldnt change a thing about them.

I used to use Brooks as my primary running shoe but switched when I needed a shoe with more cushion and support. The Brooks Glycerin GTS is just what I need! They provide a great level of comfort and the fabric is highly breathable. I am on my feet all day at work on hard floors but these shoes allow me to go much longer without the fatigue. They grey design with black soles make them a solid part of any outfit. Im a big fan of Brooks again!

Great running shoe for easy and recovery. runs. Comfortable upper with a good amount of cushioning. I probably wouldnt use these for speed work or racing but they can certainly last 250-300 miles.

There is a design flaw that has occurred in both the Glycerin 21 and 22. Inside the toe box the plastic trim buckles and rubs the medial side of my big toe raw.

Im an avid runner and hiker and have been looking for a new pair of shoes that are light weight and comfortable. After going through a ton of reviews i decided to take a chance with these Brooks running shoes. These did not disappoint! theyre both comfortable and lightweight which is everything i was looking for, they are also true to size and the color is exactly like the picture. These are my new go to shoes for a morning run/hike, im definitely getting them in another color. I absolutely recommend if youre sporty or even a someone thats on their feet a lot!

I use these shoes to outdoor train/ rain. I am military personal and part of my job is training outside and these shoes have been comfortable and a great addition to my athletic wear collection. They do not need to be broke in and didnt cause any discomfort when first using them they were nice to the touch and very sleek design

My husband needed some new running shoes and these ended up being perfect thing for him. They are great for running and also casual wear. He's been using them for 3 weeks (daily, 3-5 mile runs), and said these are the best running shoes he's ever had. These fit true to size and have held up great so far!! Highly recommend!

Ive been a fan of Brooks running shoes for a while now and the Glycerin GTS 22 did not disappoint. I run 10-15 miles a week a casually and have added these shoes to the rotation. They fit true to size and didnt require a lot of time to break in and have the perfect amount of support and cushioning. While I primarily use these for running, they are so comfortable I find myself wearing them casually to run errands. I also love the overall look and color.

First off, I love the design and color of my glycerin 22s. I got the gray and charcoal color in size 10.5. They are true to size, wide toe box, fairly light weight, and great cushion. They did take a few walks and runs to form a little better to my feet. I noticed some soreness in my heels fresh out of the box, but 10-15 miles later and they feel great! I tend to overpronate and these seem to provide pretty decent stability and I dont notice ankle pain as I have with other style/brands of shoes. Overall, Id highly recommend! I will say, take some time for short fun runs to wear them in and dont go straight for a half out of the box.

These shoes surprised me in the best way with regard to support and comfort. My foot slides right in, and they are so easy to put on. I love that the ankle sides and back has cushioning as well as the sole because it makes them feel really sturdy. The base is wide which also helps them to feel sturdy. All around a great shoe for chasing my kids around the park.

Too stiff, GTS makes the shoes a smaller fit. Size up. I have flat feet and the arch in the shoe killed my foot

I bot Brooks Glycerin size 11.5 two weeks ago from a local supplier. The new one, Glycerin GTS 22 was shorter. My toes hit the front end of the shoe and both, left and right.
