I'm returning because they felt unsteady to walk in and I turned my ankle in them a couple of times.

Super comfortable shoe with a nice little lift. Impressed with how elegant they look at the same time. They’re quickly becoming my go-to for work.

Comfort right from the box.... Looks amazing and so comfortable...

Light as air and high-wattage style. Good cushioning and arch support. My regular size 8.5 worked great and was not too tight across my forefoot, where I usually experience pain. I'm considering taking them on my trip to the UK this Spring. Purchased them in two-tone wing tip as well and am keeping both. Great with full-length trousers, barrel-leg ankle jeans as well as midi-length skirts.

I was really excited about this shoe, but it hurt my foot by just standing still. I'm still on the hunt for a comfortable black shoe for winter.

The shoes are amazing but they are soooo small.

These are the truly great looking shoes--classy and cute at the same time. They are very comfortable, but they were a full size shorter than what was marked. That wouldn't matter, but I wear a size 11, and they don't come in a 12.

I always wear a 9 1/2. I ordered in a wide knowing that I might be wearing with socks. The width was fine but the show was longer than any other 91/2 I have. I might order on size smaller.

I really love these shoes…true to size. These shoes are very comfort and stylish. You can dress them up or dress them down casual style with denim and blazer. My ONLY dislike is you have to tie them tight because they kinda slips up and down on my heel when walking which is what I had previously read in reviews prior to purchasing them but it’s not bothersome to me for the time I have them on.

Beautiful shoes, just bought the wrong size

I love Cole Haan shoes and own several pairs but this shoe was unflattering and felt clunky on The brown is a rich chocolate but not the color I was hoping to go with several outfits. Thank you Zappos for your generous return policy.

These shoes are very cute, but they run short and NARROW. I got the wide width in my normal size and couldnt even get my foot all the way into the shoe.

Sleek and modern business casual shoe They’ve got a nice little platform that gives some bounce That said, they run a bit narrow, so going up half a size helps. Also, the back can rub your heel at first, which gets annoying during longer wear. Overall: great look, solid work shoe—just watch the fit.

These shoes are super cute, but they don't fit correctly. I tried both a 7.5 and 8, but in both sizes the back of the shoe rubs against my heel. There doesn't seem to be enough support at the top of the back of the shoe to prevent the shoe from riding up and down against my heel when walking.

I was hoping that these would work given that they came in a wide width but although the toe box was ample in width , the heel was much too wide and there was so much slippage that I could hardly walk in them. The color was a vibrant gold, almost too glitzy. Sadly I will be returning them. Thank you Zappos.

This shoe is NOT leather and has no give. I tried on only the L foot, as my L is longer than R. No bueno. Unfortunately, these are going back.

The shoe was far too narrow for my Medium width foot. The length was perfect and look of the shoe was great.
