I can't review the shoes since I never received them. I ordered the shoes for an event on Friday & the shoes were supposed to arrive on Tuesday. The package showed up on Thursday. Instead of women's size 10 loafers, I recevied kids size 3.5 New Balance sneakers. I will never order from Zappos again.

I love these shoes! They are more comfortable than any of my other dress shoes, and while they don't have arch support, I added arch inserts, and that did the trick. They fit true to size, and aren't too big to wear with just tights. I also have a narrower foot and I was really happy that these didn't feel too wide. Overall, I love everything about them and would highly recommend.

The order came quickly and the style is as beautiful as shown online. However, I would recommend ordering a size up! I ordered 8.5 wide and definitely need to return the shoes for a size 9 wide. Definitely, SIZE UP.
