Why are the colors always so ugly? A couple of years ago I had four or five pair of Ghosts because I loved all the styles. These are horrible. Just because Im a girl doesnt mean I want pastels and navy. I loved the shoes with the creative soles and the ones with the gold accents. We need some in silver and bronze too. Make the soles dark or camouflaged so when they get dirty from running or the mats at the gym I dont have to clean them every day. I love the fit of the glycerin but I wont buy these until you get better styles/colors.

I went to REI to try on all the new brooks/hokas, as it seems updates on shoes have been so significant recently and I wanted the best. Out of all 10+ pairs of shoes that I tried on, these were by far my favorite... After running several times in them, I can say they are BY FAR the best shoes that I have used in the past 10 years. I typically have pain in my shin and knees while running, and I have zero pain when I run with these. I have never felt so great while running. And I even got a half size too big (not sure how to fix that ) I am going to recommend these to everyone on the planet!! Absolutely incredible. Well done brooks. These are a breakthrough for runners!! Also, I actually thought I hated all of the colors, but they really look great on as well!

Just the best. The cushion, the comfort, and all of the above. I have bad knees and started out with the Glycerin 21 which are great and I feel like the 22s are even better. These shoes have helped me so much with knee issues that they have made me fall in love with running but are also great for everyday wear!

Really enjoying these running shoes for both training and walking for the day. Theyre structured enough to have comfort & stability while still being super light and enjoyable to wear without feeling weighed down. Theyre light weight enough to walk all day in Cancun and tough enough for a morning run in ohio. The moment I put them on I was like oh yea these are good. Great color ways too!

I usually buy the adrenaline or ghost but the colors in my size and door width weren’t appealing. I saw the glycerins and really am happy that I kept looking and found them. Comfortable to run in, width is perfect and they are super light.

Loved these! Wish they had more color options but LOVE how they feel on my feet. My feet still felt decent after my 16 hour shift, which as a nurse is extremely important!

The 10mm heel toe stack was helpful for heel issues. The insert is removeable for custom insert. The cushion is a medium firm. I have a narrow foot and feel this shoe runs narrow. If you have a medium width...may need to consider a wide.

As my previous Brookes shoe had changed, I felt the need to shop in store for a fit. When I tried the Glycerin GTS 22, I knew immediately this was the perfect one for me. If you need a roomy toe box, stabilizing, and great cushioning, this shoe offers it all. I wear a medium width and it is true to width. Recently dealing with plantar fasciitis this shoe provides enough cushion that enables me to continue my routine. Love, love this shoe!

Cushioning is great. However the ankle collar must be higher than previous versions. The collar rubs on my ankle bone and makes it quite sore. I have worn Glycerins and Ghosts for several years and never had this issue. Searching for an alternative as these will not work for me.

I really like the upgrades on these. Overall they are very cushiony and supportive. I like the design of the collar and the hook to pull them on. I do think they run slightly larger than last model. Out of the box they looked big and theres some extra spacing in the toe length. I also get a pucker around the bottom of the laces on top of the shoe indicating they are wide. After 1.5 miles of brisk uphill walking my feet felt the friction on the bottom from moving. I think a 1/2 size down would be too small, but a 1/4 size down would fit better, if that makes sense. I had 4 pair of the previous model and I remember when they first came out, one pair was slickly large and there rest fit perfect. For reference I got the lighter blue with the bright yellow. I will be keeping them and like them aside from being slightly large.

I have been wearing Brooks Glycerin for a few years and these are not the same. I love the look of the shoe and the spring off from the heel, but there is much less cushioning surrounding your foot and the new heel design is uncomfortable, less secure, and irritates the skin it touches. I tried different socks but could still feel it rubbing. I will have to stock up on Glycerin 21s and hope that next years version is better.

I generally wore the Ghost line of Brooks for years. I had 1 pair of Glycerins before moving to the Ghosts. Then I left Brooks for another brand of running shoes. I saw the Glycerin 22 were being released, I visited my local sporting goods store and tried on the white limpet shell, amparo blue. It was the only pair they had in my size. The left shoe didnt feel and wear as good as the right shoe did. I then tried on the amparo blue, hyper iris, yellow. It was like walking on a cloud with support. The shoes are comfortable out of the box no break in period. I have now had these shoes for over 2 weeks. I am so happy with my purchase. Within a few weeks I will be purchasing the white limpet shell amparo blue for spring.

Been wearing adrenaline's for years due to pronating. Finally have that in better control and have loved these shoes. More support than the Ghost which made me feel unstable after years of high support, great cushion for long walks or runs.

These were our go to for every Christmas since our Daughter started gymnastics, cheering, running. She is now 33 years old and the comfort of Brooks has kept us buying. She wears a wide 6 1/2 and impossible to find any nice colors at all! We switched to Hoka but I always check Brooks first just hoping. I understand not making wide in every size and color, but I feel 6 and 6 1/2 is not uncommon. This color is not nice. The lighter colors do not work for people that enjoy being outdoors. Would love to see Brooks make a comeback but it has been five years with the same bad inventory.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever bought. I am on my feet for 12 hours/day when I work, and would not want any other shoe embracing my feet.

Excellent running shoes! The Glycerin 22 offer much needed support. Excellent shock absorbers. I feel like I am walking on air in these yet they are still cozy and lightweight. My feet can breathe in them too. Highly recommended!

If you are a Glycerin fan you will love these! I usually either wear size 8.5 wide or size 9 regular. I got size 9 and I will say with the extra heel cushion one of my feet is slipping a bit. I can usually adjust my laces to help with this but the sizing does feel slightly different than normal.

By far my favorite! The support is great! It feels like Im walking on a cloud! And I love the color! I bought the dark navy blue because I didnt want to take a chance in messing up the white ones. I love them! Highly recommended
