The first pair of shoes I ordered was cancelled by the company for lack of product. The second pair was too big. I own several pairs of Trotters, but these experiences make me leery of ordering anymore from Trotters.

Shoe is not the same the quality is poor.

This is marked slim but way too wide. It fell off my foot. I returned the shoes

I have three other pairs of Liz shoes in the same size as the pair I returned, 9S. I thought ordering them online was a sure bet and was very disappointed to find that they did not fit the same as my other Liz shoes. The new ones were much too big and wide, which shows a problem with uniformity of size. You need to correct this inconsistency. There are far too few companies who make shoes for narrow feet and I thought that I could count on Trotters.

I ordered this pair of shoes to replace my Aersoles that I love, but that are old and worn out. I was very excited to get these. The first shoe out of the box had very high sides that immediately rubbed my foot. The side seam was not finished and stuck out and therefore made my foot sore after a minute. I sent them back the next day, That was over two weeks ago and have not heard anything from the company. These look like Aerosoles, but the cut and quality are nothing like them. Sad.

Very disappointed. I had high hopes for this shoe. I'm a 9W and this is way too narrow and uncomfortable.

The only leather on these shoes is the heel. All the rest is plastic!
