I ordered an 11 which I usually wear but they were a half size too big. I think they would have been okay if they were round toed or maybe Trotters run big. I have I have never worn them before. I would have exchanged them for a half size smallest but it was out of stock. They were very stylish.

Nice shoes, takes a few times to break the leather in and have it stretch to your foot. I wore last pair for almost 10 years before they finally started to come apart.

I have never ordered Trotters before because of being worried about the fit. I have a narrow foot which causes problems with fit. I am delighted with them - a perfect fit.

I love trotters but this shoe is very narrow and uncomfortable.

Bought the black and navy blue. Both extremely comfortable for all day wear in the office and walking long distances. The black looks professional but the navy color didn't last long. Even with waxing, the color didn't stay all day (!). Just bought a second black pair as a back up as I practically live in these.

Much narrower than previous Trotter I bought two years ago.

Too narrow in my usual size 12WW.

Love love love these. Git them last night and wore them today. Immediately comfortable. I did have to return my first pair for a wide. If your foot is even moderately wide like mine, get the wide. Love the style and it hard to find a nice pair of leather shoes in stores these days. Everything is cheap. Give them a try.

Perfect office shoes

These have been my go-to work shoe for more than 10 years. I have them in every color, because they look great with suits and dress slacks. I'm tall so I'm not always comfortable with a heel at work, and these are just dressy enough.

This is my second pair of Trotters Ash shoes - they're a perfect fit, extremely comfortable - one of few shoes I can wear all day and my feet don't hate me. They're not super stylish in my opinion - pretty basic but stylish enough to wear with most any outfit. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Love these! They've been comfortable from day one. Nice enough for work and looks great with jeans too. I'm pondering ditching some of my other shoes and getting some of these in the other colors.

I've had Trotters before and had pretty good luck with the fit so I gave them a try. I'm used to a more slim toe shape so the squarish shape took a bit to get used to at first. After the first day of wearing them at work however; I was hooked. My feet were secure in the shoe without being too tight or too loose. The footbed is slightly cushioned so it's bit like Goldilocks comment in the "Three Bears", 'not too hard, not too soft' but just right.
