Wonderful overall. Beautiful black leather. If Doris came in Navy - the leather's beauty would be even better. It's a fine, soft but durable leather. Heel wrapped nicely w leather & perfect in height. Notch at center of toe box is elegant and gives some added stretch. However, toe box in general, has inadequate space for toes -- so they are constantly being squished. I got 6.5 & am a true 6.5. Toe box is a deal-breaker. They must go back.

Super comfortable shoes right out of the box. They might not be the cutest shoes ever, but they are stylish enough for a professional office environment. Most importantly, I'll be able to stand and walk around on these shoes all day.

I bought the gray patent leather and they are truly gorgeous shoes! I have very wide feet and the extra wide was not wide enough for me to comfortably wear the shoes.

The reason “comfort” received 2 stars is because the shoes were a little snug, but…they are BEAUTIFUL shoes! I thought I would reorder in a C width; however, there are just narrow and B widths available.

These are beautiful, classy shoes. They were a little narrow.

fit is perfect. I vascillate between 9 and 9.5 but the W really helps make these comfortable. just a small heel keeps them from being too casual.

I have wide feet so it's hard finding professional shoes that fit. I bought them in a 9WW black (not patent leather) and they are soft and comfortable. These shoes in a WW fit my wide width while not being too long. The heels come together perfectly so they don't slip off! I love the seam and cut of the toe--the style comes off just right. The heel height is also perfect for my high arch. I wish they came in other flat colors--I'd buy a navy!

Unfortunately, I could not try on the shoes because I fractured my foot. Thankfully, Zappos has an extended time to return items. The good news is I love the shoe. Can't wait to see if it fits me

Attractive, conservative- but not too conservative- black leather, classic pump. The heel is just high enough to not be a flat, but still comfortable for walking. I especially like the vamp is cut just high enough not to show toe cleveage, and there are no bows or or any other dorky decorative feature However sizing was tricky : the 8.5 W is the right length, but a little too narrow at the forefoot for my bigger left foot. The 9 WW width was good, but way too long. ZAPPOS did not have a 8.5 WW, so I ordered that size from Macy's, a perfect fit for me. There is only mild arch support, and the leather and the overall shoe shoe are not flexible. I would pay a lot more for this shoe if those two factors were upgraded.

I loved the shoe. I wish it could have worked for me. My problem was the top edge of the shoe rubbed on my ankle bone. That was very uncomfortable. I can’t blame the shoe because I have that problem occasionally with shoes.

My feet have recently grown, and it's been hard to find new shoes to fit. These felt just right. The first time I wore them I was on my feet for several hours without any pain. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These are simple yet stylishly smart. A good choice for an afternoon wedding.

Shoes fit great. Soft leather, very comfortable

Very good looking and comfy shoe. First I ordered my regular size, an 8.5N but it was much too narrow. I returned those and got 8.5M and they are perfect. I like that the sole is rubber to prevent slipping. I am pleased with my purchase.

I love these shoes! I wear an 8-1/2 N, which is very difficult to find. They fit well and are comfortable the first time you put them on! I have purchased them before and will continue to do so.

Fit perfect. Theses are my favorite go to style from Trotters for work. Dressy enough to wear with suits and casual feeling and comfortable.

I take an 11.5N and this shoe fit perfectly. Hard to find half size, and a narrow in my size. Trotters shoes are top quality and worth the price. Highly recommend!!!
