Fantastic fit and feel, not to mention style! Would like more colors of these!

I just love walking in these boots.

I have wide feet, bunions and arthritis on top of my foot and I think these boots will be great! I love the cushioning and arch support. I would love it Softwalk designed something with straps, buckle etc. and not just plain.. The only negative is I am not fond of the suede heel. I did purchase suede and leather protector but I do think the first time I drive my car the heel will get dirty! So hard to find boots that fit. I am so grateful Zappos has free shipping and free returns!

Fit comfortably out of the box, and the leather was butter soft. I've not worn them yet, so can't comment on how they'll hold up or wear long-term.

The boots are nice looking and the leather is soft. While the width seemed fine, the toe box was shallow not leaving room for my toes.

I purchased these for my mom and she love them no complaints

I'm a tough foot to fit. THANK HEAVENS FOR ZAPPOS liberal return policies. After several returns, I found these SoftWalks suggested by Zappos 'system'. Style and price AND fact that SoftWalk offers wide width, I tried again. WONDERFUL! FINALLY! STYLE AND FIT I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR. I do recommend for winter boot that will be worn with heavy sock to buy a 1/2 size larger (as one would do with any winter boot.) Wide width and removeable insole allows right amount of room for my orthotic. If you have feet that are 'picky' about comfort, I think these will work for you.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I wanted something a little dressier but these were so comfortable that I decided to keep them. I may actually purchase the gray.

It did fit right for what I asked for, a 10W, but.....my ankle would not get in when trying to zip it up. Not because of the shoe but because of my wide ankle. Otherwise it is a beautiful shoe.

Love this boot but decided I wanted the suede instead of the leather. Wish it came in a dark brown.

So why give 5 stars? I have one foot wider than the other, and in this boot the left was tight and the right was too large overall. I think it's a cute booty that would have been great with jeans or leggings. Arch support was 'meh', there be not the best, but I usually use inserts anyway.

Fabulous shoes! I've written then all day and my feet are NOT HURTING! Soft, cushioned interior and great arch support has me doing a jig after being in my feet all day at school. I'll buy from this shoe maker again!!

Nice ankle boots. Love the color and overall appearance. I will have a little slippage in the heel, but overall length and width is good.

Beautiful boot...love the design. It is a bit on the narrow side, but the fit , i.e the length is correct. I ordered both the 7.5 and the 8, based upon the reviews. I am a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit very well length wise. I am ordering the 7.5 W as the width on the 7.5 B is a bit narrow.

I thought these ran just a little big. Very comfy!

First I have to say, I love the name SoftWalk. It makes me feel like I'm walking on air, I have two pairs of shoes from SoftWalk now I have ordered two more pairs of shoes. I love it, love it, love it.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have a bunion on my right food and bought a wide width to accommodate for it. I'm always a bit hesitant when ordering shoes online, but they fit well and are very comfortable.

I love my new shoes, I read the reviews before I bought my first pair and everyone said go up a half size so I did and they were too big. I sent those back and got my regular size 9 and they were perfect.

Initially comfortable; but after a day of walking…. Needs some breaking in!!!

These boots are so comfortable. I wear a 7.5 W and these fit true to size. I have arthritis in right foot and I can wear these all day without pain. Super cute too, received lots of compliments.
