Love the zipper on both sides, but if you have large ankles like I do, I could not get both zippers sipped up! So disappointed, they are really great and would be easy to clean, and look good fro casual and dressy!

I really liked these boots, but they were just a little bit too tight for me across where I have bunions. If they had been available a half size larger, that would have done it!

I love these boots. I now own 3 pair and I'm finding it hard not to order a 4th. I wear a narrow and these shoes are a perfect fit. Look great with all of the popular ankle pants.

I am so sad that I'm not able to wear these boots. Because of an ankle injury I have trouble finding boots that I can get on but the dual zippers make it easy and I was excited until I found that I couldn't zip them up. My ankle is too large and I even ordered the WW, hoping it would be wide enough to accommodate the enlarged ankle. The boots are very nice and comfortable, and seemed like they would be warm. I could find nothing wrong with the boot, its just my ankle that prevented me from keeping them.

These are amazing if you are looking for super wide (they come in a WW) and barefoot shoes. They have very little support, which is what I was looking for. Like a barefoot shoe, you can feel the ground, which is better for foot health and stronger muscles. And the wide sizes mean you can splay your toes. But if you aren’t looking for that- you may not like these.

Soft and comfortable. It also accommodates my orthotic, which I really appreciate.

When I first put these shoes on I wasn’t sure what I thought. They felt so foreign and strange. After wearing them for the past few hours I can say that not only are they the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, but they might be the first pair that ever fit me property. My feet are narrow - both in width and height and these fit like a glove. For the first time ever my foot isn’t moving around without the use of a bunch of inserts. I plan to buy many more of this brand.

Super comfy, lightweight, easy to wear boot-- finally! My normal size is 8 1/2 and the 8 1/2 fit just right.

I love these boots! This is my first purchase from Zappos, but I will purchase again, I wear a womens size 12 and it is very difficult to find shoes in this size.

I wear a solid 8 1/2, sometimes a wide sometimes not, depending on the shape of the shoe. I also have a Very high arch and instep. I ordered the 8 1/2 W. They fit fine, a little snug in the ball of the foot area and toes, but they're leather so hopefully they will stretch a little. The WW wasn't available in my size, but given the opportunity I would have ordered the WW (EE). What they call a D width fits more like a barely C width - so definitely order one of the wide widths if you need a wider toe box. It is a comfy boot, warm without being so warm that your feet sweat. Our weather warmed a bit recently, so I can't say how well they do with serious cold. They are lightweight and feel a bit like wearing a solid sole slipper, not a bad thing in my opinion. As far as the insole, it is kinda weird, with a very forward bump just below the big toe bone in place of an actual arch support. It's squishy so it didn't cause any pain, and I didn't really feel it while wearing them. I'm on the verge of needing a custom orthotic due to a collapsing arch, and these were ok for a few hours with no additional support. The insole is removable if you need to use your own. The double zippers provide very easy access. The tread is not what I would call winter boot tread, but for my purpose it works fine. I didn't buy them to shovel snow or for mountain treks. Overall it's a nice boot. I needed something warm (my feet are Always cold) and a bit more dressy than the average boot for colder weather, and this fit the bill.

Slightly loose in the heel with thin socks. Arch support is slightly forward in the show, but still very wearable. Love the double zippers! And the faux fur ankles very nice…

I ordered my normal size (7.5 w)and they fit perfectly. Great arch support, as comfortable as my Skechers memory foam sneakers. I love Softwalk shoes, I've yet to find an entire brand that is more comfortable.

Having read posted reviews I ordered WW instead of my usual W. They fit perfectly, which means they are indeed slightly narrow. Having the WW size option is great for people with wide feet. They are warm and comfortable. I recommend buying these.

Comfortable

I live in MN so I wanted a boot that was cute, yet warm but also comfortable. These are like wearing comfy slippers with good arch support. The other day I wore these to the art museum and my feet never felt tired. What a great boot!

Love these boots, second pair I've owned. They keep my feet warm and dry and the soles provide a good grip on snow and ice.
