These offer a barefoot feel but supported. My ankles also feel supported. I love these shoes!

Great all around shoe!! From the fit, to functionality for working out, and the appearance/ look. Definitely purchase more in the future (not paid to say this either).

So far these shoes have been perfect for lifting, jumping, rowing, bike ergall around great workout shoe. My toes can naturally splay but my feet dont move inside the shoe. Great natural movement and stability. Dont stop making them please

I have been wearing these shoes for about a month and predominantly lift and do functional fitness in them. I think for functional fitness they are a pretty versatile shoe. They do well for squatting, oly, jumping and most box fitness. The only two things I would not use them for is running or rope climbs I havent tried them for sled pushes but I could imagine they might not be great for that either. The laces are mostly for show as the shoes have elastic and easily slide on and off (hence why they arent great for rope climbs or why I dont think theyd sled push well). I will say the sole is definitely firmer than your typical barefoot shoe which means more built in stability for lifting but also less ground feel. They run snug, so I recommend going up a half size if youre not sure about sizing. When it comes to functional fitness shoes I dont think there is any one shoe that truly does it all, but this one does do a lot of things well.

I love these shoes so much! They have the comfort of a slip on knit shoe without the instability. My feet do no slipping or sliding in these. Plenty of room for my toes and I love the zero drop and no arch support. I feel very connected to the ground in these! The only draw back is they take a minute to put on but oh well, they are more then worth the effort! For this companys first barefoot shoe they put an amazing amount of time, thought, and effort into making great! Better then any other barefoot shoe I have used!

Sizing guide was dead on making for the best fitting pair of shoes I own. Way beyond a water shoe, excellent traction, and support from all angles. Originally, got these just for deadlifts but ended up wearing them for everything but squats. Will order another pair when more color options are available.

Love how they fit nice and snug but don't feel cramped at the same time. Very grippy, plenty of lateral support and they've quickly become my favorite shoes to train in! I ended up sizing down half a size (normally a 9.5, went with a 9) due to the wider toe box. My only "complaint" is I wish they were offered in more colors so I could buy more of them and would wear them casually as well

I have purchased several training shoes from flux flat and training shoe, nano 2.0 and 3.0 and several other. These shoes are by far best comfort and multi shoes I have worn. You can trying anything in these, powerlifting squat and deadlifts, CrossFit lifts and even sand bag training. I do all with these shoes in my gym and they are great. I wear a size 9.5 and went with a 9 after trying the normal size. Wide toe and the 9 fits perfect with a finger nail space at the toe. No issues. Ray Williams powerlifter was completely right about these shoes. Dont estimate just invest in these shoes and I guarantee you will love them.

Its been 8 years since I transitioned away from a minimalist shoe in my CrossFit training. I decided that I wanted to try it again with a shoe that could hopefully hold up to rope climbs and the wear and tear of hard training. I purchased this laced shoe, a well-known competitor brand similar model, and Tyrs strapped DropZero version. I found the best fit and comfort with this laced model. Now that I have tested it this past week in the gym with nearly every movement, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. They fit like a glove. I have great proprioception and feel super connected to the ground and the grip is terrific - no slipping . Theyre light weight, and I love the wider toe box which was also important to me. Ive been telling everyone at the gym how great they are. Im pretty sure that unless they fall apart quickly, I have found my training shoe for keeps here on out.

Plenty of space from the big toe to the third toe. However things were too tight on the 4th and pinky toe. Little tight in the mid foot also. This caused me to have to go up .5 a size to have the room I was looking for throughout the entire shoe. Now I almost have too much room from big toe to third toe. When you remove and stand on the insole you will see its the shoe is still snug throughout mid foot and pinky toe area. The shoe itself seems to be great and feels great in the gym.

Im a big fan of squat university and TYR. So when I saw they came together and created a barefoot trainer, I was very interested. I think it was $30 to $50 less than the vivo barefoot, so I decided to give it a try. They fit great (I ordered size 10, also wear size 10 in Altras) and seem very sturdy. I can wear my toe spacers or correct toes with them. Im currently following a push, pull, legs split, so Im wearing them almost everyday. Im happy with this purchase.

Buy them! You will not regret your purchase. The are soooo much better than any other barefoot shoes Ive had with strong side support. They are wonderful on the leg press. I even wear them to work. I got a PR on the bench today. Even though I keep my feet up on the bench, could it have been the shoes?
