I ordered this style in my normal size and had to exchange it because my heel slipped out of the shoe. In a half size smaller, the fit is fine. I like the style and look of the shoe and it gives me a little height without making me feel off-balance.

Super soft and comfortable, fit well. Was shopping for shoes for a busy conference, but I returned these because the bottoms are pretty slick. Very little tract and I don’t need to slip in front of people!

Nice shoe. Love that it's vegan but doesn't look it. I ordered a 10 and I'm 9 or 10 depending on the brand. I'll have to return because these are just enough too big but I'll resize and be happy I'm sure

Cute but way too big. I usually get a 7.5, and this was a 38, but it was huge.

Not comfortablr

I ordered size 9.5, which was my recommended size; my usual size is 9, though occasionally 9.5 or 10, depending on shoe. These were too large, so I think they probably run true to size. They did feel a tad wide, however. They looked quite boring, stylewise, in the box, but better on one's foot.

I ordered half a size up as recommended, and they were too large. Right out of the box, the style was a little boring to look at, but once on my foot, they looked good.

too tight everywhere

I really wanted to like these shoes because they are super cute, but they hurt my feet terribly. By the end of the workday, my toes and the balls of my feet felt like they were on fire.

No returns but - received 9 W shoes in a 10 M box. Seems like I should be able to return.
