As a gal with chunky calves, I was thrilled to find, after a long search, knee-high boots that claimed a circumference big enough that they would zip up easily. Alas, that didn't turn out to be the case when they arrived Very disappointing.

Do manufacturers just assume that everyone is overweight? The shoe size was perfect, but the calf was at least two inches too wide and even had elastic to stretch even wider. I’m average sized, but looked and felt like I was floating in these boots. Disappointed because I liked the style and foot part.

Gorgeous boots. So pretty. Too small, too narrow. Bought my normal size. They had to go back.

These were awful. They were simultaneously too big in some spots, too large in others. They had zero cushioning, contrary to the description. They immediately went back in the box.

I love these boots. They absolutely are true to size with a cushiony feel to the inside. I always need a wide width and these do not disappoint! Calf size perfect if you don’t wear wide calf. After shopping other websites for many things I’ve looked for over the years, Zappos can be a “go-to” for purchases. They’re prices are very comparable to other stores/websites.

These were to be a wide calf size but not even close to fitting! They are very narrow in the calf and my calves are not that large!
