The boots are a bit challenging to get into but once i did get them on, i could only get the zipper up half way. They are way too narrow at the ankle. I wear a 9 wide and these were a 9.5 W.

Comfortable and fit well. True to size. Accurate to Zappos pictures and description.

I wanted to update my worn out and dated Ugg Bailey Bows. These check all the boxes: very comfortable, sleek on trend look with a higher boot shaft, good arch support and wide enough toe box to accommodate a bunion. Very good rubber grip on the soles. I love them and I am sure I will wear them a lot. I do plan to spray them with Scotchguard waterproofing before I wear them.

This boot fit my 8 medium foot very well. I have a high arch and the boot allowed for it. It is crafted well, similar to all the SoftWalk pairs I have. The zipper worked well and made the boot easy to put on. The opening on my leg wasn't too tight or too gappy. I am returning it because I limited myself to only one new boot and I preferred another pair. If I wasn't so darned self-disciplined, I would have kept this pair too!

The shoe boot fit pretty well but was too wide for my narrow-to-medium size 12 feet.

These are cute and I really wanted them to fit, but my toes touched the end without wearing thick socks and the instep and ankle were very tight. That is especially weird, since I have "low-volume" feet, meaning that shoes are usually too loose across the instep. The pair I tried on would work for a size 10 with narrow feet and low volume -- in other words, myself 30 years ago! -- but not for me now.

I liked the style and cushy comfort of these, but these were too wide for my narrow feet.

Very much what I was looking for-a nice-looking very casual and comfortable boot for everyday use. Unfortunately, the narrow width was still too wide.
