I felt like there wasn't enough shoe to cover my foot, and the velcro didn't stay secure. It's almost like the shoe bed was too high and my foot didn't have enough room to feel like it was actually in the shoe.

I loved these shoes at first, but the strap velcro does not stay attached unless it's attached loosely, but then my feet are bouncing around in the shoes. Plus, they're very heavy shoes. I like the arch support but the shoe itself is, as the other reviewer said, badly designed.

I usually wear an 8, but this was too loose on me. I’ve since ordered the 7.5, which fits perfectly! I really love these shoes, they’re so cute and so comfortable.

I loved everything about these shoes, except for the cheap Velcro closure! They just flop right off your feet. Will be returning.

The shoes had a malfunctioning strap on the left shoe. It kept coming loose everytime I wore the shoes, and I could not keep it on.

These shoes are super comfy, and the platform is too heavy. They do have a Velcro closer which is almost impossible to see in the pictures but unlike the review before me I have no problem keeping them in my feet, despite having high arches.

These are beautiful shoes with serious design flaws that impacts wearability. The thin Velcro straps pop loose when walking, the arch is too far back and the heel is shallow. I was sad to return them.

These shoes are super cute and comfortable, but I didn’t realize when I purchased them that the strap was velcro which is a real bummer, but I kept them because they were comfortable. Since then the velcro regularly comes undone while walking.

I do have a slightly higher instep than others, but wow. The velcro just barely touched to fasten. I took one step and SPROING! It popped apart. The shoe itself felt narrower than my other Dr. Scholls, and the footbed isn't as nice as the Day Off line (which I adore.)

This shoe is a terrible design. The tiny little straps are supposed to close with a very small piece of velcro. Alas as soon as you take literally two steps in these shoes the straps fly open and the shoes almost fall off. A lazy design flaw. Do not waste your time buying this model.
