Comfy shoes definitely worth the money

Sal 23 is my favorite sk8 shoes of all time. I have all the color collections in 2 pairs so I can use the shoes for skating & the other pair reserve. I'm still waiting gor the MALBON SAL23 to be available in sizes 9 & 10. Let me know once available. Thank you so much for SAL23,My favorite sk8 shoes of all timd.-Ron G.

I wanted a pair of these back in the 90s, but wasn't able to get them. Now thanks to Etnies, I am able to purchase a pair and I am so glad that I did. These are one of my favorite pairs of shoes, and believe me I have a lot of shoes. I don't skate anymore but I do BMX now. I don't wear these to do either, I just wear them as everyday shoes. They are super comfortable for me to wear to work.

The perfect skate shoe. ( for me ) Ive skated them on 3 sessions and they should hold up from what I seen. In the 90s once I wore them out I would rebuild them with shoe goo lol. Glad I have adult money now. They skate great!

This is not my first time wearing sneakers designed by Sal. When I heard that they would be back on the market, I was very excited. These shoes are a 10/10 in every way and those of us who skate know what we're talking about!

The best skate shoes period.

Notice how almost all these reviews are positive? These **** are only allowing reviews that make them look good to go through. They didn't allow my previous review to be publicly viewable because I explained the poor craftsmanship amd no attention to detail on these shoes. **** these guys for not allowing other than positive reviews from going through. There was no foul language used on my last review. It was tasteful and honest. My opinion of these **** just got a lot lower after not allowing unfavorable reviews to go through. They pick and choose. This is so wrong!

Super comfy and true to the old style

I was happy to see the SAL 23 return to the line up right at the end of the year. The brown/gum was exactly the color I was looking for, too. I have seen the coming colorways for July and October 2025 and I cannot wait to add a couple more pairs to my closet. If only the return of these shoes meant that H-ST would release a Sal "Raiders" reissue.

Love that these finally came back, please come out with a couple more colorways!
