I am normally a size 10N. These shoes felt small in the toe area and a little wide on the heels. I will spend a little more on SAS.

These were nice shoes - I wear an 11W because I have bunions and hammer toes. They did not have an 11W so I thought I would try the double-wide to see if they fit because I loved the color and the style, perfect for summer dresses and dinner out or to dress up jeans or pair with work slacks/skirt. These were too wide, however, in the double -wide. If they had them in an 11M and/or 11W I would try them again. These are so cute in patent light blue/green. If you have a smaller foot than an 11 they will be even cuter.

I opened the box and immediately new they were a return as no packaging around shoes and they were scuffed up but polished over and had a gouge in side of shoe towards back ! For over 100.$ i would expect new unworn shoes , these should be sold on clearance due to shoddy appearance

I does have arch support. A 10 1/2 was too large. A 10 may have fit but I choose the other shoe I ordered.
I'd also recommend:
SAS Cate was a bit tight across the ball of the foot but has cushioning on either side of the heel.
