Zappos is awesome. The Journee shoes arrived in 2 days. I ordered two for sizing and the Zappos return of the size 8 was ezpz. I kept the 8 and half size. The shoes are exactly what I wanted and very comfortable with an excellent price point.

I wore these all day for work and they are great! I normally wear an 11, with out socks and I wanted to be able to wear socks in these shoes, so the 12 was perfect with average thickness socks. The bright pink is such a fun color!!

Such a nice shoe, at an amazing price. Very well made and fits very well. I was comfortable in the 9.5 and 10, but kept the 10.

Super cute, but my regular size 9 felt way to short. Definitely order a 1/2 size longer than your usual size! I have to return these now.

Cute shoe, really liked the look, but, the wide felt like a regular width. I was afraid this would be the case bc I feel like this brand runs narrow.

TTS. bought half size bigger to accommodate socks- good choice. Was unsure of this brand but nicely made, comfortable & cute. Laces felt cheap but obvs can be replaced

Somewhat overly long in the toe area. Heavier, stiffer sole than I wanted.

In length, I'm a true size 10. When I see reviews that say to size down, I always ignore them because for the past 30-ish years, I can count on one hand the number of times that a size 10 has been too short. Well this is one time I should've listened to the reviews. The 10 was too short by at least 1/2 a size. In terms of width, I'm a medium - but on the wide side of a medium - and these fit well in that respect. As for style, they look well made - and cuter than loafers - so I'm going to try a larger size.

I love these! I'm normally a 6.5 or 7, but these needed to be 7.5 and now I'm so happy with the style and fit!

Shoe very stiff. no cushioning in footbed. upper material thin and stiff.

I'm super bummed. I wear size 9, so I ordered size 9 Black. They were so short in the toe, I could barely walk in them. RETURNED. I ordered a pink (such a great color) in size 9.5, and they were so long in the foot, again, I could barely walk in them and felt like a clown. RETURNED. Now I know why these are on sale! They are very poorly sized.
