I'm a nurse and I've bought the regular Bistro shoes before.. totally loved them. When the sole started coming apart, it was time to order a new pair. I decided on this Bistro Pro clog because I thought it would be an upgrade from the regular Bistro clog. I was wrong. They didn't feel as roomy, and the velcro strap was actually too short and uncomfortable. My feet were acually hurting by the end of my shift. I'm going back to my regular Bistros.

My feet are very tender and Crocs help me. I thought these shoes would fit the bill but are very uncomfortable - and expensive!

I bought these because of the description, and I quote "Fully-molded Croslite? material cushions and comforts Deep cushion: Feels soft with all day support.". They were to replace a pair of crocs that were marketed to people with arthritis etc. that I bought years ago and are awesome, soft comfort all day hmmm ironic. These are not even close, sorry but every croc I have tried on to replace my old ones pale in comparison. Oh well no more crocs for me:(

The size I ordered was too large. I decided on a different Croc style.

The velcro on the strap is dangerous. The velcro catches on the other shoe as well as other things. I have tried to make sure it is aligned and positioned correctly, to no avail. I have other Crocks with the regular strap and love them. Will never order another pair like this!

Been buying Crocs 10+yrs; latest purchase was probably 7th pair I've purchased. I am tall, heavy with limited mobility & size 13 foot. The adjustable rear strap is an absolute DISASTER - I've already broken one trying to get it on. I like this Croc has no holes in bottom or top so I can wear when raining or snow. I like the more gripping bottom tread - great when I'm on either my 30' or 40' boat, when handling lines & washing my boats. I need to have a back strap when driving my car, going up & down stairs & when climbing on & off my boats. Though I like this Croc itself - I will never buy this model again because of the flimsy, torturous adjustable back strap.

Shoes are nice, not as comfortable as the reg bistros but I do like the Velcro straps, but customer service is real bad, took 15 days to receive my order and customer service was rude and did not help......would never order online again if I do ever buy crocs again......

I work 50-60 hours a week. I like the comfort, but I am disappointed that after having wearing them 5 months the heel is falling off. And I find myself slipping more then when I first purchased the shoes.

Very disappointed!! I am a cook and I had a pair of the women's mercy (so comfortable and full support) but had the front of shoe that the pattern strip glue lifted (on two pairs) so I thought I would try the Bistro, Don't do it! Very uncomfortable and lacking arch support. Also extremely unattractive for a women with the extremely wide front of shoe (ugly) also do not like Velcro strap will go back to women's mercy and put up with the flaws!

I so hoped they would work for me. I have a regular pair of the first crocs and enjoy them. These were harder material fit me narrow and just were uncomfortable. I had to return them. I'm bummed

Not cushiony, no support. Stiff. After a short 4hr shift on my feet as a barista, my feet ache so badly! I would not get these again or I would buy an insert. Pros- it covers the entire foot, non-slip, easy on and off, easy clean. I wouldn't spend the money on these again which sucks cause I love my other crocs!

after researching best shoes to wear in a busy restaurant, i purchased these. shift one, great. shift two - the strap broke in half. when i exchanged them, the staff was AWESOME but told me they don't understand why crocs are consistently breaking and exchanged these shoes. however, the second pair AGAIN BROKE by my second shift in the kitchen. i love them because they are comfortable and keep my feet dry, but i really expected them to stand up to the job. i mean, who BREAKS A CROCK....TWICE?

No matter how much I wear these, they won't stop squeaking. Also, the velcro straps are too short and they keep popping open when I walk.

First day of wearing these crocs at work my feet hurt badly. I put inserts in the second day and the pain started within an hour.. I took the inserts out, by the end of the day the pain was going up my legs. will never buy these again. The original crocs i bought were wonderful but after a couple months it was time to get a new pair because they lost their cushiness. I only weigh 150 pounds. i would give 0 stars but forced to give at least one

There is a reason most crocs have holes. I never have sweaty feet in my life, but a closed toes crocs made my feet drenched in my own sweat at the end of the work day.
