So far these have been the best thing for 12 hour shifts that I have found. My legs and feet aren't as tired at the end of the day.

This is the 2nd pair of Crocs Work Neria Pro I've purchased. The first pair (plain black) were/are wonderful. They're three years old and I've worn them a LOT indoors, outdoors, rain and sun.
It was time for a new pair so I ordered the paisley. They feel just a bit looser than the last pair but that's perfectly fine. Super comfortable!!
They don't even look bad in a size 10!
I don't understand peoples' comments about them cutting into instep. I have a high instep and they are not tight at all.
Also some people commented that they make their feet sweat. I wear them with or without socks and haven't experience that once.

I'm a nurse working in the hospital. I spend hours on my feet and my crocs are comfortable. They can also be washed off. I now have 2 pairs of crocs.

Very nice, good material, comfortable. I wear an 8, ordered an 8. They fit well, but after I have them on a while they get loose, not sure why. Got lots of compliments on them. Good for nursing.

I am on my feet all day and recently started experiencing lots of pain on my ankles and toes, I had also tried different shoes but had no luck until I put on my new Crocs. They are very light and super comfy!

I got nice compliment at work for the clog. However, they look bigger on my feet or something. I am size 8 and they are 8. why they seen to slip sometime. overall, they look great. Maybe, I did not feel well, so I blame on my shoes. Let's take some more time to see if they fit well and make me comfortable real good.
