Beautiful sandals, unfortunately, I returned because the way they designed the buckles are very very hard to make go through it, get stuck, and take me 3-5 minutes on each one to get through

Ive been looking for a pair of sandals like these for years. These are the only pair that are actually comfortable and stay comfortable. The front strap is surprisingly comfortable and does not dig into my foot.

This wedges are very nice. I just havent figured out a way to pull them together for my particular liking and I own numerous pairs of wedges. not giving up on them though

This shoe is gorgeous. However, it is impossible to buckle, there is a major design flaw with the buckle. Right shoe took me 20 minutes to put on and I could never get the left shoe to work. I am so dissapointed and hope customer service can help me when I talk to them.

I recently purchased the Raffia Wedge Sandal in the River Rock color and absolutely love them! They are comfortable and perfect to complete any summer look!

This is a very nice sandal. Its a perfect heel height and the brushed suede is a nice versatile olive color. The only issue and this is a BIG one is the buckle on the ankle. For the life of me, I couldn't get the one on the left shoe to work. Its an overly clever clasp where you have to thread the ankle strap thru the clasp, thats where the problem lies. One strap went thru perfectly the other wasnt cut correctly so there was absolutely no chance this shoe was going to be secured onto my foot. I have a replacement pair being sent. I hope this new pair works. Its a nice shoe, the ankle strap clasp really need to be re-engineered.

It looks great, but its impossible to put on and here is why I couldn't get the buckle on the left shoe to work. Dont waste your money on it. It is designed in a defective way that makes it impossible to wear without a big struggle. Do not be deceived by how the sandals look.

This one of a kind wedges are you go to for Spring and Summer! They are so delicate with the ankle buckle that just makes me want to wear it everyday! You can dress it up or down. I have gotten many compliments and I am happy to say that I love timeless wedges styles from TB. Please do yourself a favor and order a pair now!

These shoes are so hard to put on. The strap to buckle is so small, almost impossible to put on. I have tried to put in multiple times and just gave up. Cute shoe but not worth the hassle and too expensive. Since I bough on sale I am stuck with them very disappointed.

The gold metal trim around the foot pad hurts, it feels like they are cutting into my toes! I would return them but it was a final sale.

I have been with my wife for 28 years and this was in her words the BEST gift I have ever picked out for her she loves them so much she doesnt want to wear them. Now she is looking at your clothes line

Perfect height. It looks great on my feet. Have worn them a few times and felt comfortable.

Returned the sandals. They were too narrow. I did not care for the cream color.

Once you get past the learning curve of the buckle, you really can enjoy the shoe. They are so flattering, and just the right height. I think I am going to order in black too, because they are just a classic style that goes from casual to dressy.

Who was the genius that engineered the buckle? I would have purchased all three colors, but couldnt even get the buckle to close. Come on! Im returning them. What a waste of a beautiful shoe! Just a hintyour customers actually want to be able to wear the shoes

I bought the black color and I have to say out of all the Tory Burch shoes I have, these are the only comfortable so far. My 2 problems are, as another reviewer mentioned, the buckle and the straps do not work properly, one strap is thin, which makes it easier to go through the buckle, but the other one has a ticker strap which makes it difficult. I had to ask the vendor for another pair, because he couldn't even make the strap work. Second issue, the insole, started to peel off after the 1st wear, now I have a bubble of air which makes it uncomfortable to wear. For a $300 pair of shoes, you would expect better quality. Would love the River Rock color but I am afraid I will run onto the same issue.

I bought two pair (black and river rock). I did a quick try-on at the store without completely buckling the shoe. I was in a huge hurry as I was heading to the airport. I just needed to be sure they fit. They did and I love the way they look. I never thought the closure would be a problem. I pack them in my luggage, get to New York, then realize I can't buckle them. It was impossible to get the strap through the loop. I have to return them. At $300, a buckle shouldn't be an issue.

I love these classic wedges sandals. They are comfortable, chic and gorgeous. They fit perfectly and go well either with my jeans or dress.
