I bought this shoe in 2021 and loved it. Then I just bought a black pair in 2023 and hated them. It is now a harder plastic slippery heel. It feels differently when walking, much harder heel that makes noise and has remained slightly slippery 6 months later. I was previously recommending these to anyone who would listen but I would tell everyone to NOT buy these shoes now. Softwalk - you are better than this - bring back the quality we know and love.

this is a very comfortable clog. I did have to size up by 1/2 size as it does run a bit small. the support is good and they are comfortable for long periods of walking.

Was wider than a narrow.

I have this shoes in other colors (black, brown & gray), but this particular pair of shoes in beige-ish color did not fit right. Very strange, must be a manufacturing error. Otherwise, I found the shoes (in other colors) I purchased to be comfortable.

Seem to run large

Stretchable shoe with instant comfort. Good shoe to wear all day.

Perfect fit. This was my first time buying shoes online, and it was just perfect. It was as if I walked into a shoe store and purchased my shoes directly off the rack. I am very satisfied.

Just love these! I had foot surgery and needed a shoe to start out in. I’m sure I’ll be wearing them all the time this summer. So very comfortable! Thank you.

I did go up a size and ordered the wide width which make these shoes easy to slip on and off. They are comfortable and have arch support. I really like them.

This is a comfortable shoe and it looks very nice, however sizing was challenging for me. I normally wear a 7 1/2 medium width shoe and in this shoe I tried (3) pairs before I found the right fit for me. The best fit ended up being a size 8 in wide width. Even the 7 1/2 in wide width still felt pinched in the toe box. I hope this review might help others with sizing on this shoe. I really like the shoe.

Just bought. Only worn one day. So far I am satisfied. Will review again after I have worn them for a while

I felt them to be a bit narrow and smaller than a 6.5 M should be. But my biggest concern with these shoes... the sole is kind'a slippery.

I usually wear a 8W, but because of the prior reviews I ordered both the 8W and 8.5W. These shoes run narrow even though I got the wide width. The 8.5W fit well in the width but were too long. I'm returning them. The 8W fit well in the length, but I can only wear very thin socks with them or go sockless. They have lots of cushioning and support.

Toe box is tight on the right foot and perfect on the left. It feels a little small for the size but I think going up a 1/2 size would be too much for me. Others have said that it helped.

These are not a true narrow.

I don’t know how they can claim these are a narrow size. They are very wide and have too much arch support for me.

They look well-made but they're very wide.

The sides gaped a bit, and it’s made from a stretchy fabric that felt cheap. I returned it. It did feel comfortable, though.

couldn't get used to padded instep arch -- was too high for me

This description says it has a removable insole which is indeed true. But it’s a little strange. The removable part is not as wide as the footbed underneath it so I can feel the edge of it and I know that will cause pain. But it’s very soft otherwise and has good arch support. For a moment I thought maybe it is to be exchanged with the basic insole but that part is glued down. The extra cushy insert also raised my heel up enough that I felt my heel was not secure inside the small raised edge at the back. These would have been perfect otherwise. I got a 9 wide and it is quite wide so you could wear it with socks. If you remove the insert it’s very, very roomy, almost too much unless your socks are quite thick. These also remind me of Dansko’s how they kind of clip, clop, when you walk which is not my favorite. A swing and a miss for me unfortunately. With my hard to please feet, Zappos is my hero for letting me try on and return however many shoes I need to until I find something.

Toe box a little tight.

The leather was a good color although the top was a completely different color that was not attractive

The shoes were too large, unfortunately I had to send them back. They were also slippery on the soles which are a no, no for me. I have prosthetic hips and I don’t need a fall.
