I'm now retired but am still very conservative and when I leave the house I still want to look professional most of the time. They are also a nice casual shoe, yet good enough to wear to church. My only drawback is that they don't come more narrow. I actually wear a AAA w/AAAA or AAAAA heel so I need to buy insoles for them.

I bought this shoe to make me look taller than my 5'2" frame, which is not easy when wearing flatter shoes like these. I bought the Denim Jeans Nubuck and the specific blue hue goes well with nearly every shade of lighter denim I own and the blending helps to visually extend the leg line. If nothing else, they are certainly sleeker looking than bulky athletic shoes! I would love to see a sand hue offered to go with my light beige pants and khaki skirts. The shoes fit my almost problem-free feet perfectly and appear to be well made. I'm sure I'll buy other colors because of the comfort.

I have a very wide foot and these in extra wide are great. At first the 9.5 were a bit tight but after two wears they are comfortable

This is my third purchase in 3 years of these shoes. They are fabulous. They wear well. They are comfortable. I walk a lot all day in a Hospitality environment and they are wonderful. I have purchased Trotter's shoes for over 10 years and have never been disappointed

I loved this shoe--it was everything I was looking for to wear to the office. However, the sizing was such that I have to return. The length was fine but it slipped completely off my heel. But I could not go down in sizing because it fit correctly in the toe. I am so disappointed because I have such a difficult time finding a shoe I like that fits because I need at least a wide, but more often an extra wide. But the shoe appeared to be quality and a perfect shoe for wearing to the office--low heel but a more tailored look.

These are such comfortable dress loafers! For some reason, the insoles squeak, which is extremely annoying to me, but they provide great support.

This is my second pair of Trotters Monarch. It is hard to find shoes that aren't orthotic looking to accomodate my bunion. These are stylish enough to wear to the office, or to pair with jeans. The arch support is good, and the insole is removable so you can add your own. My first pair starting pulling apart at a seam after a year's worth of wear, hence the second pair. Overall I am very satisfied with this shoe.
