everything is fine except that the shoe is much too narrow

Love these shoes! Very comfortable right out of the box. I have very narrow feet with high arches and these are a great fit with no breaking in required. I am usually a 7 but ordered a 7.5 based on prior reviews and they feel wonderful.

Wanted to like these based on the design and description. First pair 5.5 too small. Second pair 6 wide too big. Could not find the right fit unfortunately. However, as usual, Zappos cool with return/refund process.

Cute but the shoe hit under my ankle and rubbed so returned.

I was disappointed with the fit and quality of this shoe...the box it came in was all smashed and no tissue paper in the box..I was sursprised that zappos would sent this looking this bad

Fit is good but I am not allowed to wear them with my uniform per my airlines restrictions. The shoe has a fabric strap. The description did not say that. My airline will not allow a fabric strap as they have changed the policy on shoes. Must return them.

Im always an 8 in Clarks. 8 in these were short and tight in toes, lacked arch support. 8.5 my ankles slipped and arches fell. Too bad because they are soft and comfy on soles but the fit was off for me. Narrow in toes wide in ankle. Strap was helpful but didn't prevent the foot slip.

i really wanted to love this shoe. My right foot is size 11 and left foot is size 10 so I purchased each of these sizes. I love the velco strap, love the height, the heel is not hard but more on the soft side which I also loved. My reason for returning is 1) leather upper is very hard - no softness at all which is hard on the foot; and 2) I purchased Wide width but it was too narrow. I've purchased wide widths in Clark's before and they were always true to that as well as other brands, but this particular shoe - although labeled Wide - definately was not. I'm bummed that I have to return.
