I was looking for the Clarks shoes with removable insoles, which used to be standard in Clarks shoes. When the insole is removable an arch support can be inserted under the insole and the insole reinserted. With the new Clarks the insole is not removable and I cannot wear them without the modification. I wish Zappos had a way to note shoes with removable insoles.

These shoes were comfortable out of the box! The insole is not removable for orthotics, I would prefer a little more arch support.

The fit was ok. There wasn't enough arch support for me. I was hoping that I could take out the existing arch support and put my own in, but I couldn't get yours out..

I love the style and the comfort. I just think that maybe 9 1/2 was the size but I was afraid that does not fit.

Need to return due to being too large. I usually take a 9.5 but these didn't feel true to size. Even with heavier socks, they didn't fit.

These are too big overall. I should have went with my gut feeling and ordered the 7M. I would like to do an exchange for the size 7M if they are still available. If not, just do a refund to my credit card. Thanks!!

I should have went with size 7M. The half size up made them sloppy on my heels and I didnt want blisters.

Not attractive on the foot at all. Look like old lady shoes when on the feet. Sorry had to return.

I have to wear orthotics with my shoes and it was impossible to wear them with these shoes

shoes seem very nice but my toes were compressed and the heal slipped, had to return

I liked the boot and wish I could have kept it. However, it did not fit my feet. The W was too wide, and that rarely happens.

R shoe had scuffed toe box as if someone had worn them. The heel was too large and slipped off. Returned them.

The problem with being a woman with big feet is that a) shoe companies never make an 11.5, so it's a matter of guessing whether the 11 or 12 might work, and b) even if the right size exists, what looks great in the picture looks like a clown shoe when it's sized up. Have to send these back.
