Very stylish, comfortable shoes. Love these for my everyday work shoes.

Sizing is a bit off so I had to order 1/2 size up to get correct size.

Not as comfortable as i expected, but they are cute.

The review is for customer service. Item was not received and getting support from Clarks is difficult. I still have not received my missing item or a reimbursement almost 2 weeks later. Avoid a headache- Shop elsewhere.

I love Clark shoes, but this pair the leather is way too hard. I should have sent them back.

I purchased another pair of dress boots for an upcoming event after losing all of my clothes to a fire (including six pairs of Clark's). Because I had a SHOP20 discount code to get 20% off, I decided to buy this pair as well. During the customer registration, it went to credit card - I did not see anywhere to put the code and figured it was the next screen. Nope. Charged full price. I immediately contacted Clark's to ask them to refund the 20% back to my card. They finally answered after I messaged 4 times, and said they could not do that. SO, instead of continuing as a Clark's customer, I will replace my shoes elsewhere. It would have cost the company $36 in a discount they offered to have me continue to purchase their products as I replace my complete wardrobe. Very short-sighted on their part.
