Great heel drop for Achilles issues, wish I found it sooner.

Running and agility work

Great shoe as advertised.

I use this shoe for running and walking. I have been using the Rider for decades.

Lightweight with sufficient cushioning makes for a great running shoe. Once I tried Mizuno, I'll never try another running shoe.

I've been using Mizuno for the 4/5 years of my running career. Since I switched I have not had a running related injury that has prevented me from training.

The fit is consistent from shoe to shoe. It provides wonderful support in my heel and toe box areas.

I do Orange Theory about 6 days a week and these have been great shoes for the treadmill. I've been wearing wave rider for about 15 years and have always found them to be comfortable and perform well. Will be ordering again.

Everyday use, fits true to size. Great comfort and durable. Will continue to buy this brand

Mizuno Wave Rider is my go to shoe for running. I have tried them all but the superior cushion and lower ride compared to other cushiony shoes make them a clear choice. They are a very forgiving shoe regardless of how smooth your gait is.

For me with on/off Achilles pain the higher heel drop of this shoe works wonders!!

Like the shoes but the tread does wear out quicker than expected

I've been a runner my whole life. I've tried every shoe out there. I keep coming back to the Wave Rider because it's the perfect balance of support and cushion. And each pair lasts about 350 miles, if not more. Which, isn't bad at all when you're talking about performance running shoes.

I've trained and raced in the Wave Rider. Never fails to impress and perform.

Great for harder striders

I get around 400-425 miles out of each pair. Fantastic shoes.

I use this product as an everyday wear shoes. They have lasted me more than 2 years. Each pair have lasted me a great time longer than I expected.
