The fit is great, they are very comfortable. What’s not great is paying $160 for walking shoes and having both shoes develop a loud “squeak” only 45 days after purchase. I am not a shoe engineer—I don’t know why they are squeaking, but I do know it’s obnoxious and embarrassing and now I will be pitching these shoes and buying a replacement pair in another brand. I expected more quality for the price.

Absolutely love these shoes! I generally wear the Cloudnova Forms and decided to give these a try. I have a wider foot and have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable. I am a true size 7 and purchased a 7. They fit perfectly and I feel like I am walking on clouds. I love the color way, comfort and the style. The only thing I had to do was re-lace the sneakers so that the ribbon strip down the middle of the tongue does not stick up. Overall a great shoe with excellent comfort! Highly recommend!!!

These are really unexpectedly great! Springy, not smushy, super comfy. Love them.

l normally wear a 7W, but 7.5B worked in this shoe .... and so, so, comfortable. It was kinda like flying. It has enough arch support (and mine are high arches) that I can get away with 3 hours of wear without my orthotics. It has a rocker-type sole, but not extreme. It's my new pickleball shoe. If I have a complaint, it is that the tall shape of the toes cause the toe fabric to get a fair amount of light scuffs.

Love!!! I purchased these to replace a pair of my four year old ON Cloud 5s. I also own two other pair of the 5s and love them. The Cloudsurfer exceeded my expectations. I walk 5 miles a day and run 3 miles some days. These are so comfortable and add a little bounce to my step. My feet are so happy!!!

I use these shoes for workouts I power walk on the treadmill and by far my most cushioned sneakers I own. Love them

Of every On model i’ve tried, these are by far the comfiest. (second would be the CloudTilt) These and the Cloudmonsters are definitely the most “running shoe” looking, but that’s fine with me as i plan on wearing these for long walks with my dog and occasional short distance runs. For a more casual, everyday style shoe, without sacrificing comfort, i would go for the Cloudtilts. I found both Cloudnova’s to be overpriced for their lack of comfort, but am still tempted to buy a pair simply for the looks. Anyways, back to the Cloudsurfer. I’m not much of a runner, but when i put these on suddenly running has become enjoyable! It genuinely feels like yours bouncing on clouds. Comfortable straight out of the box, no break in needed. I got the pearl color way and it’s even prettier in person! I am between a size 7.5 and an 8. My feet are 24.5 cm in length. I wear a size 8 in Nike running shoes, but a 7.5 in Airforce 1, 7.5 in Adidas, and 8 in Hoka. I got these in an 8 and they fit perfectly! I’ve tried Cloudnova 2 and Cloudnova form 2 in 7.5 and 8. The 7.5 was borderline too small, but the 8 felt too big. I’ve tried Cloudtilt in 7.5 and they were very snug too, but i haven’t tried an 8 in that model. Overall though, i find On’s sizing to be a tad difficult, but for this model if you’re between sizes i wouldn’t worry too much about the bigger size being too big at all. Size 8 fits like a dream for me. I hope this helps because i was so lost for sizing and was so relieved when i tried these on and they fit as well as they do

It is my first time buying this brand and I did do research before buying these. I got them today and just walking around the house it was like walking on clouds. Should make my early morning walks on treadmill more comfortable. The color is true to what is on website.

I ordered these in a half size larger and tbh I could have done a whole size up due to the narrowness. They are comfortable immediately, however I DO NOT recommend walking 11 miles in these until your feet learn stability in them. I did just that and ended up with a severe strain in my ankle and foot from doing too much. Otherwise they are comfy for regular daily wear.

It is very good cushioned and nice style sneaker. But I need more stable and supportive for my feet. Sad to return it.

I upped my order a half size as suggested, and ordered wide to accommodate a bunion on my right foot. They fit well and seemed to have good support and bounce. Unfortunately, the x-design detail across the front hit exactly where my bunion is and was a painful pressure point. Thought about exchanging for another half size up, but assuming it will be the same problem. Sending them back and starting over.

These shoes were great at first but LISTEN TO OTHER REVIEWS! After a couple of months they squeak SO BAD. I threw them out because I literally sound like SpongeBob walking around at work. On top of that they ran small and felt like they broke down quickly & I’m not overweight. I expected more from a shoe that cost so much. I’m 5’11” and 150 lb and got size 11.

There’s no breathing room. Feet are sweaty after just a few hours of wearing them, causing your feet to smell horrible.

Love these so much, my Mom and sister both bought a pair after trying mine and I’m about to order another pair in black! They’re seriously the comfiest pair of shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. My sister also owns a pair of the original Cloudmonsters which she loves, but says these are more comfortable. I’ve tried various styles from On including Cloudmonster (og, 2, and hyper), Cloudtilt, Cloudeclipse, Cloudnova 2, Cloudnova form 2, and Cloudrunner 2 and felt disappointed by how firm they all felt underfoot. Decided to give these a chance and i’m so glad i did because they are significantly more plush than the rest, whilst retaining the signature On responsiveness. Love them and highly recommend. For size reference I am between a 7.5 and an 8. I got these in an 8 and they fit perfectly. My Mom is a size 10 and got these in a 10 and they also fit her perfectly. True to size, but if you’re between sizes I’d recommend sizing up! These don’t have a ton of stability or arch support. My Mom has higher arches and said she might need insoles to accommodate, still loves them regardless but something to keep in mind

These are a great fit for my daughter- she has high arches but overpronates (ankles roll inward), but these shoes have great arch support and seem to keep her stride from collapsing inward.

I’ve had these exact shoes previously, same color. They are from last year’s colors, but they are sooo comfortable for me! I don’t mind having the previous year’s color as they were on sale AND I received a $20 coupon, making this expensive shoe much more palatable.

I’m usually do not leave reviews, but I think everyone needs to know about the On Cloudsurfers. I own more than one pair of Brooks Glycerin and Ghost that I’ve worn for years. So I thought I would try Cloudsurfers, because the reviews were good and they are. I have two pairs of Cloudsurfers now and two Cloud 5’s. I recommend these to anyone who likes cushioning and support. 5 STARS!!

Love the comfort of this shoe. Nice cushion makes it feel like walking on clouds. I have the all black pair and I wish they came in more darker colors to not show as much dirt.

I love the fit and feel of these On Clouds, they are so comfortable! I also love the exceptional service of Zappos! I ordered these on Saturday and received them on Monday!

I find a wider toe box in my sneakers more comfortable and these do not pinch, they are quite comfortable. I have a high instep however so these are great but a keep them laced loose. Great walking shoe, and they keep getting more comfortable each time wear one.

I am a Brooks fan but these are now my new favorite! I am a size 9 but did a refund and got a size 9.5 due to it being a little snug.

These shoes squeak like crazy with every step

Feels a bit “mushy” in toe area, isn’t the quality I want and expect. I’m also not impressed with the strip of fabric that runs over the top of the laces, there’s no reason for it to be there and interferes with tightening the laces ~ tacky.

I love these sneakers. I have 3 pairs in diff colors.

Very comfortable for both walking and standing.
