Great looking and fitting boot. Should not have been discontinued.

The wide size isVERY wide and unfortunately, I had to send them back because my foot was floating. I'm a 7.5 wide often.

These boots fit well. Once on, I forget I'm wearing them. Arch support is "okay" for everyday - I probably wouldn't wear them if I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. The "mushroom" color wasn't my first choice, but now I like it.

First time I retuned Zappo shoes for a reason other than fit! The shoes did not match! They appeared to be from different dye lots/production times or something. The strap detail was also different; one was shiny and the other dull. If they had matched, I would have kept them!

The medium width felt too narrow, so exchanged for a W width. I felt no difference, still too narrow. Had to return

I would have liked these, but they were too narrow in the toes and very stiff. I ordered 6 1/2 , but a 6 would have been long enough. A wide might be OK, but there weren’t any available. The leather felt too inflexible. The style is nice and a good heel height. Had to return them.
