Loved these shoes EXCEPT for the velcro closure. I was frustrated that I hadn't noticed before ordering them. I don't understand the addition of velcro to what would otherwise be a fabulous shoe. A real buckle would've looked so much nicer. For that sole reason, I returned them.

These shoes are beautiful, but don’t work well for me. I thought I could get away from using my orthotics, but found that I need them. Therefore I couldn’t wear these.

I was looking for a stylish, yet comfortable Mary Jane & hoped this would be it. These shoes are very comfortable and attractive; felt well constructed. I love the look of them with the v-cut on the front of the shoe also, makes it more dressy and feminine, and less matronly. Unfortunately, the 3 inch heel was just too much for me so I had to send them back. Depending on the shoe, usually wear 10.5-11 M. I ordered the 11M and the size was just right. If you are in between sizes, I would not size down. Anne Klein - please remake this shoe in the navy with a 1-3/4 or 2 inch heel and it will be just perfect! very flattering and comfortable

These are literally the first pair of heels I can absolutely say that I loved wearing! I wore them for 7 hours during my daughter's wedding and they did not hurt one bit! So easy to walk in and the soft footbed is a big plus! I have a narrowish, long (size 11) foot and nothing ever fits me right. Wish all my heels fit like this.

I will be sending back the 9.5 size and ordering a size 10.

These are super comfy! They feel well made. Fits true to size.

The heels on this shoe were 3-1/4 not 2-1/4 as stated on the website. Toes a bit squishy but I have a wide forefoot.

The shoes were a little tight, but go with your size. I tried going up, and it didn't work at all.

I love these shoes! I did have to play around with a few pairs before I got the one that I wanted/needed.

This is ok overall. After 2 hours of standing up but not really walking, my front toe area felt so pressured and bruised after taking them off. I don't think it's good to walk around all way. I love the velcro idea except they do come off time to time.

Adorable Shoe. I tend to run between wide and regular and these were very tight around the bridge of my foot. I could definitely see the edges cutting in to my foot if I actually wore them. The style is adorable, however, and if you have a narrower foot, they are super cute.

The shoes were beautiful. I so wanted them to fit but they were very narrow. I had to return them.
