The boots run a little big, which I usually size up a little to accommodate thick socks anyway. The bigger issue is that they lack adequate arch support. The arches are quite flat and stiff. I would have liked to keep these for the ice grippers, which is a great safety feature.

Just a tad tight on me for heavy winter socks. Loved them otherwise.

These are great boots! However, there should be a tool included that you use to deploy the gripping feature on the bottom of the boots. I contacted customer service at Zappos but all I got was another pair of boots and again no tool included. I had to contact Pajar customer service to get the tool for the boots! Buyer beware!

All aspects of this boot were great except for one. They lack a “cool”factor. So they went back. I found Pajar cleat boots that lace up - more pricy - but that’s the cost of cool

I love the style and I am very impressed with the quality of these boots, but they are way too big. I usually wear 8 an ordered the 8-8.5 (39) but I would definitely need to go down 1 size. Sad to have to return these because the 7-7.5 size is no longer available.

I bought mine a year ago. It is hard to get the velcro closure tight enough. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm. One issue I have is that when I got them they smelled musty, and a year later they STILL smell musty!!!

I couldn't get the boot on.

The velcro wrap closure seems like such a great idea, BUT The velcro ends before it is tight enough to close the tops of the boots over my (ok kinda skinny) ankles. I am sending these back and keeping the Lacey modes, which offers far better control on how tight the boot is on my ankles.
