Love the product. It ran smaller than the reviews said for me.

Size runs a bit small

Will be returning since they are too large. We were a bit disappointed.

The shoes arrived as expected,, but what was the point when allbirds offered personalized messages on the shoe box, but didn't print on them. Not to mention I got them as a gift. 4.5 stars for the quality of the shoes.

A bit pricey for the quality. And the size I bought definitely needs to be a half size higher.

I have wide feet it's not meant for it. But light and comfortable. But laces are short.

I think the shoes are very comfortable but I'm already seeing lose thread on the shoes.

Ok. Not as good as I hoped. The tongue folds in on the sides as creates an uncomfortable lip on the sides when you tie them. Not impressed.

Fav shoe. Second pair came with much shorter lacesfar too short.

Price dropped 30% the day after I bought them. Fit is a little tighter than expected.

The fabric is thinner and overall the shoe is less well made than when the company started.

Overall a comfortable show. They fit me true to size. The only complaint I have is the wool on the inside of the heel seems to be pilling already. I have only worn these 3 times, all with various sock types to see what helps. The pilling seems to rub against my heel making it a little annoying to wear.

Super comfortable when I first got them a month ago, but the sole feels a little worn out now. I wear these usually 4 days a week, and not on consecutive days. Admittedly, I have low arches and am used to a more supportive shoe, so maybe that is why. They do look nice though. Still a good purchase

Love the shoe overall. I'm worried that the innee heel is pilling and may be irritating w/o socks

It's an okay shoe. Wish it was more white than cream colored.

Changed the materials and build from a couple years back, for the worse. Reordered as it was my favorite shoe, this new model feels cheaper, the heel slips worse than the older model. The upper section is stiffer.

Would not recommend all Allbirds sneakers to customers with high arches

Tree runners and wool runners fit completely different. Add to that, that I wear a perfect size 12.5 and there are some challenge trying to get a shoe that fits properly.

Very comfortable except for the heel, which digs into you if you go barefoot.

I fit a size 13 comfortably in every other brand, but Allbirds run small and don't offer half sizes. I wanted to love it but it was just slightly too small! My toes are often hitting the front.

I love these shoes. But I got a small stain on the shoe the first time I wore them, and when I tried to clean it., the wool turned yellow. I am having a hard time getting the stain addressed evening after washing them.

I have three other pairs of Wool Runners, and the 14 fits perfectly in those. These ones, it feels like the left shoe runs a little bit bigger. I hesitate to go down a full size and make the right too small.Another issue I had was that it took six weeks for the shoes to arrive. I realize they were on back order, but it said they would ship 'soon'--I would have preferred they be upfront about a timeline.

I wanted to love these out of the box, but unfortunately the insoles are so uncomfortable due to their unnecessary arch supports that feel like a chunk of something hard and unmoving in the middle of the foot. I tried for a few days to break them in before giving up and needing to buy insoles from a different company. Fix the awful insoles and these could be great.
