They are right

I am very close to just buying multiple pairs and cycling between them every day. These are 100% without a doubt the most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned and they pretty much go great with any outfit I can put together, whether casual or more stylish. Best money Ive spent in a long time.

Super comfy, lightweight, and stylish!

As suggested, I purchased a larger size (11) for my usual (10.5) They are plenty long, but are very tight in the arches, to the point where I can not wear them for more than a few hours at a time.

Look cool, very comfortable. I feel like I'm wearing slippers all day

comfortable!! These are good for warm weather. You may need one size larger though for the right fit.

Average shoe. Comfortable, but didnt have the wow factor I expected. Having trouble connecting the value with the price. Nice packaging and timely shipping.

These are great shoes, but in the past I had to order a size up from my normal size to get a good fit. I ordered these a size up and these run at least one size larger than what fit in the past.

I got these for my fiance and he loves them. He wears them almost every day and says they are incredibly comfortable for walking long distances. We recommend!

I bought these for my dad for Fathers Day. Hes hard to buy for so I took a chance. He likes the colour and says they fit perfectly.

Comfy, simple but great style. A great casual shoe to be the anti-running shoe.

These might be the most comfortable shoes Ive worn! Very light and breathable. The wool lining on the inner heel makes them very easy to slip on. True to size!

I'm not an easy shoe fit. My feet are wide. Often my toes get crushed together. I have high arches, which has contributed to plantar fasciitis symptoms when arch support is poor. Frequently I stick custom orthotics in shoes. The result is that I have been spending a lot of money on ugly casual shoes and the accessories to make them comfortable. The Allbirds look great. The uppers have significant stretch, so they fit like a glove. The surprise is that arch support is much better than average. Since the Allbirds arrived we have been inseparable. More on the way.

If you're feet run on the wide side, might want to give these a pass. Otherwise, shoe quality and overall service is good.

Shoes are too narrow. You need to offer a wider width shoe.

Wonderful shoes. Fit is just about perfect. Light, yet robust.

I'm typically a 10.5 and had to get the 10 as the 11 was too large. Initially the fit felt okay in the store but as I've continued to use them the size feels too snug. They're still comfortable to wear.
