They fit tighter than my other Allbirds, the black is darker than my former black Allbirds, which I dont like as much, and most annoying is that the laces dont stay tied. Never had that issue with my previous two pairs of Allbirds. How about sending me better laces?

My only critique is the shoelaces. They keep coming loose. Flat shoelaces are better.

My husband is glad he tried these on at REI before ordering them. He needed a full size bigger than other shoes. He says there are very comfortable and likes the way they look.

I have one spot that has a high spot on the right side near the heal. Other than that the shoes feel really good.

I'm on my 3rd pair of black Allbirds, and really like a few things: clean and minimal look, the upper holds its form well without getting stretched out and frumpy looking (compared to wool runners), and overall light weight and comfort is good. Room for improvement: would like a bit more cushion in the sole/midsole, and I really wish the outer sole's traction didn't wear out so quick. In less than a year the already-shallow grooves in the bottom of the outer sole are worn through, so the bottom of the shoe becomes smooth and dangerously slippery on wet ground even if the rest of the shoe has held up really well and could have lasted longer.

These shoes are very comfy. Theyre lightweight and cushy. Theyre a tad narrow, but otherwise great fitting.

Not only are these the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but the styling is great. I can wear these with my dress slacks, jeans, or even shorts and they look great. Also, they're incredibly durable, more so than I would have anticipated. The second day of wearing these shoes, I was driving down the interstate and witnessed a car lose control and crash into a pond. I stopped along with a few other people, and when the two occupants of the vehicle were struggling to get out, myself and 2 others walked through/swam through the murky swamp and out to their car to help them. There was a chain link fence a few feet into the water, and I had to walk over it to bend it down so we could get the people out. In short, the shoes were unscathed, and I was beyond grateful I decided to buy shoes that are machine washable. Ran them through the machine and handwashed the soles and laces. Let them all dry in the sun for a full day and they're good as new. Great shoes, I'll 100% buy again.

Comfortable, plenty of air flow, good looking shoe with white on white. Attracts dirt like crazy. Only took a walk through a parking lot to already have a few minor black marks on the top of the shoe. Special occasion only.

This was my 6th pair of Allbirds shoes, 2nd Tree Runner. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned and love the style but the soles wear out very quickly.

Never seen customer service this good. Pair lost in shipping. They sent a new pair with free 2 day shipping. Thanks Allbirds.

Great shoe. I use it for office. Looks professional though its not made as work shoe. Only problem it runs small. So you may need to size up by 1 or even 2

I like them a lot so far. My only other thought is I want to get a pair with more sole support. My feet often hurt and feel like I am standing on the outside. This is for all shoes so is expected. They are very comfortable and cool and I will be getting another pair for sure.
