Great for walking which is why I purchased them. They were so comfortable for that I wore them to a light Zumba class & they didnt have the support needed.

This is my third pair of Allbirds, its all I wear. Love that I dont have to wear socks, they are easily cleaned and beyond comfortable. I wont buy anything else!

Awesome super comfortable

My first pair lasted at 2 years and I wore them all over the world. I loved them so much that I bought the same exact shoes to replace them once they wore out. I love these!

I love all the Allbirds I have bought except the runners. I tried a couple pairs. The ones that have the built in tongue are VERY snug over the arch so I exchanged for the Tree Runner with the separate tongue. This gives me more options for loosening the tongue via the laces. I am not sure why they have selected to make the shoe for low arch people or flat footed. I would think that is all that these shoes would fit. I never thought of myself as having a high arch but I must have. My foot fell asleep within minutes of putting them on. : (

I love the fact that they are very light-great for traveling. They are fine for walking, super for line dancing. I dont recommend for aerobics. My feet slipped out from under me when doing one of our exercises.

These are great! Theyre so comfy. Unlike other shoes, theyre flexible as I walk. I tend to walk, heel-toe, heel-toe, rolling my feet. No breaking into the shoe necessary. Its as if its made for me. Like a foot glove.

Most comfortable shoes I own. Great for my daily walks and for when I know I will be on my feet all day.

I have very wide feet. These are the most comfortable tennis shoes Ive ever worn! They have stretch so the widest part of my foot isnt smooshed. They have a wide toe box which is amazing! Ill keep purchasing from AllBirds from here out for our families tennis shoes & house slippers! The best!!

the reviews said they run small so i sized up, next time I will just get my normal size because I feel it is true to size

I hated tennis/running shoes my whole life until I found these. Narrow foot with a quad A heel made finding a snug fit impossible. The tree runners have a comfortable toebox with that great wide elastic band sewn to the sides of the tongue. It holds my foot in place and prevents it from sliding forward with each step. Smooth wool facing on the heel is very comfortable and did not wear out on my first pair even after 18 mos of constant wear! I am 75 years old-the low, flat sole meets recommendations for decreasing the likelihood of falls or twisted ankles. This is a great shoe that has improved my walking and exercise program immensely!!

Comfortable, but they are instantly dirty the minute I put them on. Black spots on big toe. Washing doesnt do anything.
