The first time I saw the commercial for this shoe I fell in love. I thought OMG I LOVE the grey ones and they look soooo comfortable! I went on the website a few times, but never committed to buying because I usually like to try on my shoes BEFORE purchasing them to make sure they fit good. Some shoes run bigger some smaller etc. After seeing the advertisement a few more times I finally said I loved the look and color of them enough to try them out. Well, I think I should have gotten two sizes bigger instead of just one size bigger like I saw was suggested somewhere :( I feel like they WOULD be the most comfortable shoes ever IF they weren't so tight. I am a size 8, and ordered a size 9 thinking they would be perfect. Sadly, they were not :( I would return them to get a size 10 but unfortunately I already wore them outside so the bottom of the shoes are dirty from wearing them to try out on my walk which I ended up with a blister on my heel. I will continue to wear them without socks now, and not for long periods of time. Still LOVE the color and the way they look though lol

I didn't like them. I walked on concrete for 5 hours and by the first hour, my feet were hurting. I would have returned then but the shoes got dirty. Most likely will give away or donate.

I love the look, and a friend swears by these shoes, so I excitedly bought a pair. I have had them less than a month and I am through the tread on them. I guess I'll love them while they last.

I have wide feet, and although some were saying they were good with the size, they didn't work for me. I will stick to sizes that include wide.

I really like these shoes, but they are tight through the toe area and I don't like that. I don't have a big or a wide foot so they are abnormally very tight fitting. I don't believe sizing up would help the situation.

Although comfortable, these shoes do not have the support I was expecting and hoping for. I cannot do long walks because my feet begin to hurt. I wear the shoes to places where I don't have to do a lot of walking.

I bought a pair to replace another pair that is less than 1 year old because the old pair started developing holes around the toe area. I know that's common for these types of shoes unfortunately and there's no way to fix the holes. While it's nice to have an actual black version now (before you could only get charcoal as their 'black') it's very different than the previous pair. It is stiffer and much tighter. I'm a 7.5 and my previous pair was a 7- it fit perfectly and wasn't tight. The new size 7 pair is very snug and narrow. Just keep that in mind when ordering. I don't think these would be comfortable for anyone with wide feet.

I am a 6.5 and I tried the 6, too small, and 7, too big. I really liked the shoe but no size fit me. Very disappointed.

I have another pair of the wool ones that I love. These that I just bought hurt the balls of my feet after walking a mile or so. I don't think this should happen.

This shoe is comfortable, but I wear a size 10 which looks like a clown shoe on my feet, due to the way the white rubber sole is designed. I'm disappointed in the look of it.

Love these shoes for walking and light running. Only complaint is the frequent struggle in putting the shoes on. A tag or finger loop at back of shoe would greatly help in the ease of pulling shoe over the heel, so one could quickly get out the door for that well-intentioned run!

Poor arch support and not enough height in the shoes to put a decent insert in. I wanted a light, summer weight shoe but didnt expext my big toes to poke up every time I take a step.

Why don't you make half sizes? I always were 7. I bought my first pair and the 7 was too tight in the toe. I tried the 8 because no half size. The 8 had too much room in the toe. These shoes just don't work for me.

I wanted a pair of shoes I could wear with summer dresses and walk for 3 miles. The large eyelets, puffy nylon laces, and wide toe box are not attractive. After walking for 1 mile there was pain in the center of my feet I'm assuming from lack of support. They are a very comfortable shoe for casual wear, soft around the opening on the ankle, and flexible. I kept the shoes and will wear them for yard work, but cheaper shoes would have meet this need.

I needed comfortable walking shoes, and these were recommended by multiple people. They're really soft to the touch and are comfy when put on, but i find them too hard and not supportive or cushiony enough for the walking I purchased them for (a daily 2 mile walk on a sidewalk around my neighborhood). Basically these are just a casual sneaker, but not particularly ideal for walking :(

I was so excited to try these! Unfortunately I decided to return them (process was easy & I received the refund in a timely manner) because the sole was too cushioned/soft, and it seemed like my toenails would very quickly wear a hole in the toethe way the upper is cut (shallow over the toes) and the softness/thinness of the material just didn't inspire confidence, even though they were super comfy for a few minutes around the house. I was hoping for some stylish, sustainable, and durable sneakers but realized these were not going to provide those last two criteria for me.

These are nice shoes and you don't need to break them in but they aren't good for 7+ hours or all days walking shoes. I wore them to work from 8am-7pm and by the end of the day my feet hurt and were swollen if you're not going to be walking much I'd say get them but definitely not recommended for all day walking

I needed the sneaker to be just a half size larger - the 7 is too small and the 8 is too big :(

Comfortable, but do not like how the outline of your toes show through the material.

A little too flimsy for me but okay to wear around the house.

I am getting used to them but my arch hurt in the beginning when wearing them and still does slightly. Never had a problem with other sneakers. I wear them at work as a nurse. The color was also whiter than I thought

These are soft and comfortable but I don't feel I could walk around in these all day with the lack of support. They are like wearing slippers, but I needed great looking white sneakers for dresses in the summer and to walk around in them site seeing
