I was hesitant to buy until the salesman said I could trial them and walk around for a month. Glad I did because they have turned out to be quite comfortable and work well with my outfits as an everyday shoe. My toes run wide and I have a high arch so most shoes dont fit me well. The fabric walls of these are flexible so conform to my foot, and fortunately the elastic holding the tongue down stretched to accomodate my tall arch.

A pair was gifted to me, and I needed two exchanges to acquire the right size and color. The exchange process was efficient and prompt. The shoes I now have are very comfortable (usually very difficult for me to find) and easy to keep clean. I would highly. recommend them (as well as the company).

These shoes are perfect for a long trip Ruth lots of walking! My only hesitation in recommending them is that the laces are so hard to keep laced. I guess its the cotton laces that just dont grip tightly. I need to find an alternative lace, which is too bad since they are so cute!

I love them. Great for my feet and some needed support for my back and sciatica. I was grateful to be able to get to one of your store and try them on. I haven't washed them yet. But I anticipate all will be well. I need to purchase a new insole they were sold out when I purchased them.

I purchased my first pair of Allbirds after reading the great reviews. They are super comfortable, cute, lightweight and perfect for travel. However, after a recent trip to the Mediterranean (very slopy, uneven cobblestone surfaces) I quickly learned that there is next to no traction on them. I was constantly slipping and sliding as the rest of my group was walking along without any issues. Even simple metal ramps were a problem to get up. Very, very slippery. I highly recommend these shoes as you can easily walk 20,000+ steps a day without fatigue BUT only on regular, level walking surfaces!

The shoes fit very nicely and are comfortable for walking. No break-in period was necessary. Already washed once by hand, but no visible deterioration because of it. Too bad that end-of-life return and recycling service is not offered...

OMG! These are the most comfortable walking/everyday use shoes! No need to break them in as they are already comfortable with no back/feet pain! Spend the extra $$ worth it!! Im usually a 9 & it fit perfect!

Bought these for a trip to Europe. I didnt even break them in and theyve been incredibly comfortable! Washed well also. Im a big fan!!

Bought them for a Europe trip do Id be comfy and cute. They were comfy but it rained one day and the shoes got a black line around the toe box where the rubber meets the cloth. Washed when I got home and they look awful.

Great shoes. So glad I took back the size I first bought (half size larger) and exchanged for these (half size smaller). They are my everyday shoe the past months and Ive loved them!

The width is not correct. I did not realize the salesman had given me wide instead of average/regular until I had worn them.

I bought these shoes to wear while touring the sites of Spain. I am 3/4 of the way through the trip and the shoes have been great!

Favorite pair of walking shoes. Super comfy. I washed them in the washing machine and the shape is still great

I am enjoying them. Had to buy a size up because My normal size pinched the top of my foot.
