Does not run true to size.

Comfortable

Shoe is comfortable and warm. It runs little small.

I can wear them casually or if I need to dress up. They are the perfect business casual shoes and are extremely comfortable.

So comfortable, feels like they help my posture they're so good. Fit is true to size and feel like they're made for me!

Nice and warm but right shoe is different in the sole than the left. It feels like a defect. , like using an added heel insert causing pressure and pain on the right heel. Never had an issue like this with any other type of shoe worn.

Not a great seller I assume. It has a narrow fit and slips in the heal. If I had the chance to try them on first I would not have bought them.

Comfortable and stylish!

The back rubs my the back of my heel and the tongue of the shoe bunches up and is also not comfortable. Second pair of Allbirds, but these arent very comfortable.

Just when I think Ive found the right size for Allbrids (I usually wear 12. 5 or 13 with many other brands but size down with Allbirds), I bought these shoes online at size 12 thinking it would be like the others I own, only to find these are now slightly tight. So now I wish I had ordered 12. 5. The sizing of Allbirds shoes are all over the place.

Loved the shoe though was disappointed it did not fit. Too tight.

They're so tight

This shoe was even more than I expected. Comfortable and warm with excellent energy return from the soles. The color goes with so many things I wear that I find myself thinking of this Wool Runner Go as my go-to (no pun intended) shoe.

I love these shoes. I bought them on Black Friday and have been wearing them ever since. They go with everything I own, whether I am dressing casually or smartly for work. They are the perfect winter sneaker and I would absolutely buy another pair made of different material for the brutal summer months in Florida.

I like this version becuase the sole is thick and it has a pretty good arch built into it. I also like the insole. It's thick and made of a good rubber base.

These shoes are extremely comfortable on those cold mornings

Uncomfortable

I have loved this brand since 2019 but I just sold my stock and will never buy another pair because the last three pairs, it is clear the quality has dropped and there is no product consistency.

This is the first pair of this model Ive bought. I mainly use them for working out and walking. Theyre warm and comfortable

The right shoe is much tighter than the left.

Great looking footwear. Adds a bit more warmth on chilly days. These sneakers wear well.

I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that I can wear both in casual business settings (like wearing at office meetings) and for leisure (like going to tourist attractions). After some internet research, I liked the Allbirds shoes and ordered a pair in my usual size (8. 5). The pair was too tight for me. But the Allbirds return policy is very good---I returned the pair and ordered size 9. That was a perfect fit. I went to a business trip of Beijing and took only this pair with me. I wore the shoes both to my business meetings and to trips to the Great Wall and Forbidden city. And the shoes were great. The weather was cold and I never felt cold in the feet. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and will gladly buy from Allbirds again.
