I have arthritis in my toes so these are truly wonderful. Very soft but also have a lot of support. Just bought a second pair.

I need shoes with comfort and a little support. I was shocked by how soft and yet supportive these felt. I work from home and with these, I feel like I was wearing house shoes that looked chic enough to run errands in style. Love them.

This is my 3rd pair of Allbirds. They are the most comfortable shoe Ive ever worn. I have a blue pair that I wear as a dress shoe, goes with everything. The shoe in the picture is my everyday shoe - walking, shopping, etc. My next purchase will be the running shoe which I wear on long walks. For me, the size and fit are perfect..

Difficult for me to find comfortable shoes (multiple feet problems). Put these on and wore them with out issues. Have a closet full of new shoes I cannot wear.

Love that these are comfy, casual slip ones that go with almost everything. I bought navy and may get black too. They do run small. I wear a 7 1/2 but had to return for an 8 and still a little tight but they are loosening up now. Super easy return and fast delivery. I bought these for a trip to Florida and wore them for 1st time after getting blisters on both feet from walking 3 miles in sandals. The soft wool insert was just what I needed for my sore feet. Really cute with ankle jeans.

The 5.5 fit just as expected. They're very comfortable and can be worn both casually and dressed up.

These are great little flats. Theyre not super padded but still very comfortable. Rememberthey are flats not sneakers so they are not going to give you the same comfort of a sneaker. That being said, they are easy to wear, look stylish and easy to maintain. I love the fact that you can wash them in the washing machine. The navy is a nice dark navy rather then a deep royal blue and provides a great neutral like black which makes them very versatile. I wear a size 7M and ordered a size 7 and they fit perfect. Anything bigger would have made them big enough not to stay comfortable on my feet without coming out when walking. They do fit snugly on your feet due to the fabric theyre made of. Love that there are so many colors to select from. Due to the cost (dont wait for a sale as theyre almost never on sale) Ill wait to order another pair in gray. Dont hesitate to try your normal size as Allbirds is great about making free exchanges. Great company customer service to work with.

This was a gift for my daughter; she has other colors in this shoe and likes them. This navy is described as "night" which should have been my clue, but the photo showed it lighter than the reality. For her, it is too dark and looks black. She will exchange it.

I am on my second pair of these shoes, I wear them constantly, my feel usually hurt pretty fast when wearing ballerina shoes, but I have even worked in them for over 10h. I would have been able to keep my old pair because of the quality but I hade really worn them down too the bone with constant use for three years. This time I decided to take pure black on this pair. I am in am usually between a size 6,5 and 7 so I stayed with 7

I want to love these shoes. I am a solid size 9 in every shoe I have and with so many reviews about the sizing I ordered both a 9 and 9.5. The 9.5 is too big. The 9 fits but when I walk it keeps coming off my heal. If I take the insert out it fits great but has no cushion or support. If the body of the shoe was just a little higher they would be perfect. I would not be able to go down a size because right now the width and toe box area is perfect maybe even a hair tight. I would be jammed up in the toe and the shallow heal would still be an issue.

Think they run a bit small

Very comfy and not my first pair of Allbirds but not enough support for old feet.

I purchased for my daughter and she loves them. They are so much better than they appeared on website. When she slipped on she said they felt like she was wearing slippers
