Great service, great return for the size that didn't fit. It's a comfortable dressier flat that is just right.

These are the most comfortable flats I have ever worn, not to mention their classic look that is easy to pair with everything!

Absolutely love these shoes. They're so comfortable, they look great, & my feet are thankful too.

I typically wear an orthotic; however, if I'm not walking too far and want a dressier look, I wear these. This is my 2nd pair of tree breezers. Perfect for travel: Ssuper lightweight; take up very little space; really comfortable. I purchased an 8.5 (which is not an option on drop down menu)

These shoes were like clouds for your feet. I went up a half size as others recommended.

This is my 3rd pair of Tree Breezes. I probably wear them 360 days out of the year. They are the most comfortable ballet flats I have ever worn.

This shoe is very versatile, as they look great with skirts or pants. Great for travel, but not for walking long distances

I have tried all shoes- Vionic, sketchers, any shoe I could try. I am a teacher and needed a comfy flat. This is it. Love them, get them!

My new favorite work shoes! Very comfortable with no break in period. Return policy is amazing! My mom got me a 9.5 for a birthday gift (usually wear a 9 or 9.5). But they were just a little tight at my toe. I wore them for a few days and then decided to return and ordered a 10. Fits great now! Super easy return process.

My usual size is 8.5 but I ordered a 9. My daughter has a pair in size 8.5 and I wore them for a few days just to be sure about the size. The 8.5 crushed my toes so I went with the 9. The 9s are a smidge too big and I can feel it in the rise of the heel fabric because it runs under my ankles, where the 8.5s did not. They are little loose all around so they don't have that cozy slipper feel that my friends who has them raves about. The arch support is poor and my feet hurt by the end of the day. I am going to see if I can exchange them for a different style shoe. I hope I can exchange them.

I did have to go up another 1/2 size. The first pair was too short

The fit good but should have gotten a bigger size no fault of your company it was mine

I love these new flats! I bought a pair a couple of years ago, but at the time they didnt have half sizes and they were too short for me. ( I feel they run half a size small, since Ive never worn a 9.5 in my life) Now that these are available in half sizes, I have a pair that fit like a dream. Theyre so comfortable and cool on my feet in the hot south Florida weather. My husband has several pairs of Allbirds and now I can wear them too! ( I noticed when writing this review 9.5 is not listed as an option when stating your shoe size. )

OK. So I have very wide toes and even though I went up a size, the toe bed is a little cramped and I cannot wear socks with these.

I have bunions so need a wide toe box, thus ballet flats have never stayed my heel. These do! Wonder of wonders! I finally have a pair of shoes in this style! I chose the gray color as I am notoriously for getting anything white, dirty. LOL. These are cute, classy, stay on my heel, and match my wardrobe perfectly.

After looking at countless sites for the best pregnancy shoes (27 weeks preggo), the AllBirds website kept popping up as the most comfortable and affordable. I am in sales and on my feet for 8-10 hours so I thought lets give them a try. Worth every penny, so comfortable and holding up in hot heat of Florida walking the lot. I will be buying another pair!

For me the toe box is too small. It presses down on the top of my toes. I would like to have more space there. I think they need more arch support

The shoes in my closet are U.S. 7.5 and 8. The 7.5 Allbirds were too short so exchanged for an 8. The first few times wearing them I thought the toe box was too shallow but now that I've worn them they are much better. Because the shoe is a little stretchy they feel different from my other shoes when wearing them. What I love is that they are washable as are the removable insoles, I'll get an extra pair of insoles so there is no down time after I wash them. Although I can live with the fit of the 8 I am going to try an 8.5 for the next pair.

I have 5 pairIm about ready to buy another black pair. Comfortable, washable, good looking!

The slip up and down my heels when I walk, even though they are my size, and fit.

These ballet flats are so comfortable! I have bunions on both feet, yet the flats hug my feet in such a soothing way. They actually stay on, but my bunions dont feel a thing. I bought basic black, which goes with everything. Ill be bringing them along whenever I travel.

They run a smidge small, but they look nice with skirts or pants. Why are the size choices below not in half sizes, when I ordered 8 and a half. Also, I wear them to work. Thats not one of your choices in the questionnaire?
