tree flats: too tight!

Comfy, cloud-like: Comfortable shoes that feel so cushy on the feet. I have wide feet ( bunions) and these fit better than any shoe I've worn of this style. A tiny bit narrow at toe but they seem to stretch a bit, while not looking stretched out. If you have more med/ narrow feet, do not hesitate. If you have wider foot, do give it a try and see. I'll get more colors for sure!

I loved these shoes before the redesign: I bought multiple pairs of your flats for years and loved them. After the recent redesign, I tried on multiple sizes and the flats no longer fit my feet. I don't know what changed, but I do miss the old design and would be willing to buy again if it were to be brought back.

ill-fitted: I tried them on in my closest, took a few steps. They are comfortable, but seemed a little short in the toe and wide around the heel for me. I really was hoping to love these shoes. I'll give them to my daughter.

Cute shoes. Cute shoes. But they have very little support, and feel awful tight. I think they are more for teenagers!! (try on before buying)

Can't keep shoe on my foot! Whatever material you are using for the insole is making it impossible for me to keep the shoe on my foot - the shoe is totally useless! This occurs both with bare feet or a stocking. The insole is different than my first pair of Allbirds! This has nothing to do with size but cheaply made insole.

Sole not comfortable: The sole of the shoes is not comfortable

Poor customer service: I have two other pairs of these shoes and love them! This new pair had a different insole which was not obvious when ordering and I don't like the new insole, I prefer the wool insole (which allbirds is known for). I thought it would be an easy solution and I could exchange the insoles, however I was told that my only option was to *purchase* new insoles or return the shoes. I was really disappointed with my interaction with the customer experience team. I expected better customer service. Their response left such a bad impression that it really makes me not want to buy another pair or recommend them to other people.

Needed a workhorse shoe but this isn't it. I was so excited to get these - Eco-friendly! Yay! But they are far too tight across the ball of the foot and press down on the great toenail. I'm hoping they break in okay, but that will actually mean the fabric needs to have very specific weak spots in order to fit comfortably.

save your money! These are NOT at all durable. They each have holes within 3 months of regular wear at a desk job. Considering the cost, I was expecting these to be much more durable.

Keep your paperwork: Really wanted this shoe. Love everything about them. HOWEVER, they run really loose. I literally walk right out of them. Also, remember to keep your paperwork so you can exchange them to get a corrected size. Oops! I didn't.
